Kerry, I want to thank you and Bill Nott.. you both helped give me my life back. At the end of the year of 2022 I was pushing 400 pounds. I didn't leave my house for over 2 years. My anxiety level was intense. I couldn't walk without a walker and that was only a few steps before I had to sit. Pain all the time in my legs and back, breathless even sitting or laying down, blood sugars out of control, unable to drive anymore. I had mini strokes, high blood pressure.. tons of meds. I really tried so many diets but I'd lose 20 pounds gain 25.. a major yoyo. I believed my life was over. I gave up hope .. Late December of 23 I ran into your video with Bill Notts. I cried. I understood exactly what Bills life was like for I was living it. Jan 2, 2024 I started the Carnivore diet, I subscribed to yours and Bills Channels. Just over 4 months later my weight as of today is 305. So many changes in my life. No longer in any pain, the walker is packed away in the garage, the shower chair is gone too, the chair in the kitchen I needed is no longer used. I go outside daily and take a few steps.. A milestone happened this week, I went grocery shopping without the use of the go cart and was able to walk around Walmart without getting dizzy, not breathless and no pain. I was ok. A family member was freaking out and worried that I would fall. I told her, "Let me enjoy feeling normal and continue to live life as it should be." .. I've had so many of these kind of milestones since seeing yours and Bill's videos and starting the carnivore diet.. Not many can understood that inner joy every time we achieve a milestone. I keep hearing you can die eating this way. Those people don't understand that not eating this way I was dying. I am starting to live again and that matters more than any results from blood work.

Just a note. He may need to do a higher fat version of the diet. For best healing for things like Parkinson's, you need to try to get into a deeper ketosis. Like 4 or so. That usually requires less protein and more fat to get up there.

Just know, I had my 1st CAC score done 3 years ago and it came back at 287 (not awful) and my PCP wanted me on a statin which I refused and said I'd "consider" if a follow up CAC shows an increased score. Well, I had my physical this past April (just over 3 years later) and my new CAC came back at... 103!!!!! My doctor was shocked as he has never seen a CAC lower and even I was always under the impression hard plaque does not reduce and was just hoping my previous score would remain stable. So basically, despite my elevated LDL, my doctor is not pressing me on the statin anymore. Woot!

In the beginning, I was timid and didn’t know what to say to friends, family, co-workers etc who questioned my new way of eating.
But now, after losing 90 lbs and reversing/curing my T2 diabetes, high blood pressure, IBS, brain fog, chronic fatigue, arthritis in my knees and back so bad I could hardly walk, acid reflux, sleep apnea, depression, anxiety and more…. And OFF ALL MEDS!!!
Now i simply tell them this:
Humans have been eating fatty red meat and eggs for EXACTLY the same number of years as we have been drinking water and breathing air.
If eating meat and eggs was somehow bad for humans, we would be extinct as a species on this planet.
Humans have been eating this way for 350,000 to 1 million+ years while the diet that you are eating (the SAD, Vegan or Vegetarian diet) has only been around for 80-100 years and all that’s done is make people fat, sick, depressed and anxious.
Thanks so much for your concern, but I think I’ll just eat my way and you are free to eat anyway you want.
      Have a nice day!!!😊😊

Carnivore healed my diabetes 2, arthritis, brain fog, chronic fatigue syndrome, bloating, gas, lung compression, adult onset asthma, irregular heart beats, obesity - and alleviates my extreme fibromyalgia nerve pain. I used to go to bed and lay there waiting for my heart to stop. It brought me back from the brink of death after a series of unfortunate events and losses since 2019. Thanks for what you guys do.

@@wendyleader8905 In the first 7 days the extreme bloating and lung compression went away, blood sugar fell into healthy range, heart started beating normally & brain fog alleviated. By 2 weeks arthritis and fibromyalgia aches and pain were gone and chronic fatigue lessened. All through this time I was also dropping weight and looking & feeling healthier. At the 3 week mark I had a moment where I realised how good my body felt. By day 90 I had lost just over 26 kgs (57 lbs). Around day 100 I had full bloods done and my doctor was over the moon as everything was in the perfect range for my age (50 Male). She told me that my body was producing and managing insulin again and that I appeared to be free of diabetes.
I stopped eating veg, sugar, carbs, wheat products (breads, cakes, biscuits, pastries etc.), processed foods, legumes, soy products, cow's milk, sauces, oils... and started eating OMAD (one meal a day) of 1 fatty beef chuck steak and 1 lamb forequarter steak with butter and sprinkled with Redmund's Real Salt. I continued drinking coffee and I ate oranges or mandarins once every 2 or 3 weeks as I was letting go of fruit sugar. I stopped eating fruit completely after 2 months.
I have to say that any time I have eaten non-carnivore foods the arthritis and fibro pains have returned for 4 days afterwards.. that made me realise and understand how these foods affect my internals. The trick was NOT to stress over my lapses, but just return to eating carnivore foods afterwards. I had lost hope of being healthy or losing weight, I just didn't see how it was possible, so I too was over the moon feeling the changes and realising I could actually feel better. I really do wish upon you the commitment and perseverance to go 100%, and the joy that comes with the results :)

I've lost 56 lbs. I have 20 to go. Carnivore has given me my life back. I've had 2 hip replacements and thought tge weight would come off bc now I can move without hip pain. But plantar fasciitis and arthritic knees stopped me from wanting to move. I was depressed and never even knew it. Been Carnivore for 10 months. And I noticed this cloud of defeat left me. I felt like I can do so much again. Joy came back in my life, optimistic attitude returned. My non scale victories outweighs my pounds lost. Still enjoying my food and do not feel deprived at all. I was a carb binger. I never chose meat unless it was deep fried. Now ground beef makes me happy. Now that is a miracle for me. I hated especially ground beef before. Tgx to Dr. Berry for getting me started. Thx to Kerry for keeping me motivated. These last 20 lbs are moving at a 🐌 pace, but it's bc I'm happy w my weight right now, I'm not in a hurry.

Kerry, if you haven’t yet interviewed Sally Norton, the oxalate lady, it’s a must. What she has uncovered is a big reason why people who are so sick, who then go on Carnivore get such ecstatic results. She should be in your documentary….it would be a critical piece.

I have had two more eye tests and both had a one letter improvement. My right eye is now 6/12 whereas last year the best I got was 6/12-2. this is amazing considering in March 2020. I could not see any of the chart. I am in contact with Sydney University and they have shown interest and are ordering advanced testing which should happen in the next four months. I’m 61 yrs YOUNG and 15 mos ago I was 300 lbs, morbidly obese and suffering from T2 diabetes, sky high blood pressure (180/120), acid reflux, IBS, chronic fatigue, arthritis in my knees and back so bad I could barely walk, brain fog, migraines, sleep apnea, lifelong bipolar depression, anxiety, ADHD and so much more, too long to list.
Well here I am now, 90 lbs lighter (210 lbs which is my lowest weight since I was 20!!), ALL of the above physical and mental conditions are COMPLETELY GONE and….

Kerry I’ve been following you since your 30 day update. I also did keto a few years ago and had good results but like a lot of people were derailed by covid. I’ve been trying to get back on track since and going up and down using mainly fasting protocols. I finally took the carnivore plunge with my partner May 1st and it has fixed MY IRREGULAR HEART BEAT ALSO! Only 2 weeks in I noticed I was no longer aware of my heart. I was getting numbness in my right arm and hand throughout the night and during the day from time to time. That has also reduced massively. I can breathe deeply easily now. I’m so excited going forward!

Remember… you are the captain of your own ship and you are the driver of your wagon.
      It’s all up to you.
My advice is to have a very very strong “WHY” (or set of why’s) as to why you want or need to do carnivore or in my case 90-95% carnivore.
My why was having recently been diagnosed with T2 diabetes, sky high blood pressure, lifelong depression and anxiety, IBS and I was at my highest weight ever at 300 lbs with chronic fatigue and arthritis in my knees so bad I could hardly walk.
My son had just gotten married and I want to be there to see my son’s and my daughter’s future kids (my grandkids) and be there when they get married and have kids.
So please sit down and write down your list of why’s that you want to do carnivore and be successful at sticking to it.
I promise you that if you commit to 30 days of CLEAN carnivore, you will feel so amazing that you will do another 30 days. Then you’ll feel even better at the end of those 60 yrs and you’ll want to do another 39 days.
Btw… Jen failed on her first attempt at carnivore but re-commuted to it and did 30 days, and now she’s almost at 60 days and she will never go back to the SAD (or in her case vegetarian) diet ever again bc she feels so great!!
Good luck and please feel free to message me anytime for support on your journey!!

Kerry I can't get over the amount of energy and positive energy that you exude every day you are liking an energizer bunny. I love how passionate you are about the proper human diet I go to look for your daily videos everyday, first thing I do when I get on my phone is check out Kerry Mann and Bill Nott😊. I have a question about the Raw dog food that you make is there anything you add besides just the ground chicken thigh quarters? Is the philosophy the same as the proper human diet that there's everything that they need in the meat or is it best to add supplements. I feed my dogs the raw food prepared food that is frozen like bubba burgers but I would rather make it myself but just want to make sure I'm getting all of the nutrition that they need!

Thank you so much. We do the raw chicken quarters and sometimes will add in chicken feet or liver. We’re still learning and experimenting and want to do more sort of organ MEATS. We’ve been keeping a close eye on the dogs and behavior and energy levels and it’s been a drastic improvement, the biggest thing we learned is don’t give them too much fat. Humans need tons of fat, but not so much.

I started to see major benefits after a month or two. But… I was pretty strict and was not eating any sugar, carbs or fruit.
Remember, in order to achieve maximum healing, you’ve got to be in ketosis which means that you’ve got to stop eating fruit which is loaded with fructose (a form of sugar!!), sugar and carbs.
Stick to eating fatty meat (ruminant red meat is the best), eggs, butter, bacon, fish and seafood is ok too.
If you’re gonna have any carbs, only have a limited amount of non-starchy veg like asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower…
the longer and deeper that you are in a state of ketosis (intermittent fasting helps with this a lot btw), the faster and more complete the healing.

      YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
The first step is to sit down and write down your list of “WHY’S” that you want to do carnivore.
My list was I was 300 lbs, morbidly obese, T2 diabetes, sky high blood pressure, IBS, acid reflux, sleep apnea, migraines, chronic fatigue and arthritis in my knees so bad I could hardly walk, brain fog, depression, anxiety and so much more.
But the biggest why was that my son had just got married and I want to be there for the birth of my future grandkids and I want to be there to play with them, watch them grow older and get married and be there for the birth of my great grandkids.
The way I was going, I would not have likely lived to see my grandkids be born at all.
Well here I am now at age 61, 15 mos later and I am down 90 lbs (I’m down to 210 lbs which is the lowest since I was 20!!)…
and I’ve reversed/cured ALL of the above physical and mental health conditions and IM OFF ALL MEDS!!!
My energy levels, mental clarity and focus is off the charts, and I feel and weigh the same as when I was in my 20’s!!!
This is what WILL happen to you too if you just have a strong set of why’s and you commit to just 30 days of CLEAN carnivore.
Once you’ve done 30 days, you’ll feel so great that you’ll do another 30 days. That’s where Jen is right now… about 60 days in. And she had failed carnivore last year but felt so bad that she re-committed to carnivore and feels so amazing that she will never go back to her old way of eating (which was vegetarian/SAD diet in her case)..
YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT!!!
Good luck and please feel free to message me anytime for support.

      @Papacarnivore15 Před 13 dny

      @@dianebellitti4590 Hey Diane… it’s my pleasure!!
A couple of things/tips to help
You as you enter the initial adaptation phase of carnivore…
      1. Make sure to buy and take electrolytes (ie. LMNT or Redmonds Re-Lyte) and drink plenty of water. This is bc when your body changes over from burning sugar/glucose for fuel to burning fat, you will lose a lot of water, salt, potassium and magnesium. You’ve got to replenish these or you will suffer from fatigue, headaches, cramps, exams overall effects of the “keto flu”.
      2. Eat plenty of fat!!! Most people who start carnivore (or keto) eat chicken breast, fish, lean cuts of meat and they don’t get anywhere near the amount of fat necessary for optimal health and most of all HEALING!! High fat intake is CRITICAL to making sure you don’t feel fatigued, sluggish and low energy. Remember, FAT is now your main source of fuel in your body.
      3. Eat 3 meals a day (do NOT starve yourself or attempt fasting!!) in the beginning and eat when you’re hungry, and then go outside and play!! When you get hungry again… EAT!!
As your body begins to heal and feel fully nourished again, you will go longer between meals, and you will only eat 2 times per day and not feel hungry in between meals. I know this may sound impossible when coming from eating 6-8 times per day when you’re a sugar/carb addict like I was, but it just happens naturally as you begin to convert to burning fat.
Over time, after a few months, you can do some intermittent fasting where reduce your eating/feasting window down to 6 or 8 hours and increase your fasting window (which is the time from your last meal of the day/dinner until your 1st meal of the next day) to 16-18 hours.
For example, I eat 2 meals per day (sometimes one meal a day or OMAD) starting at 1-2 pm and eat my 2nd meal at 5-6pm.
Intermittent fasting allows your body to undergo “autophogy” where your body is in a state of ketosis when you’re fasting and it is naturally healing itself, repairing injured/old/damaged cells, and creating new healthy cells. During this time, you will also be burning fat like CRAZY!!!
      4. Finally, If you’re experiencing loose stools, you can simply decrease your fat intake for awhile until this resolves itself. Diarrhea is common during the initial weeks of carnivore so don’t panic if and when this happens. It takes a few weeks for your body to heal and convert from burning carbs and sugar to burning fat. If you become constipated or have hard stools, then increase your fat intake until this resolves itself.
I have more tips and tricks so just let me know what else I can do to help ya Diane!!
You have made the most important step of all… to actually MAKE A CHANGE AND START CARNIVORE.
Just think of all the millions (and billions) of people around the world who will never make this change or will never hear about carnivore and will continue to suffer as you and I did. So sad.
You are the captain of your own ship. You are the driver of your wagon. If and when you fall off the carnivore wagon (it WILL inevitably happen to virtually all of us carnivores btw… it happened to me several times!!!), NO BIGGIE…!!! Just get right back on the wagon as soon as you can (preferably at the very next meal after you fall off the wagon!) and just continue on your merry way.
      And finally, as always…
THE BEST IS YET TO COME… ok PROMISE!!!

Kerry, I want to thank you for taking the initiative to spread the word about Carnivore Diet. I am currently changing my life after applying the principles of the Proper Human Diet. I am 59 years of age but have always taken a strong interest in the study of metabolism , and what you are sharing is affirming to what I have known for a very long time . I won’t go into great detail, but the one thing I have experienced which I thought could never happen is the healing (for the most part) of a chipped tooth. I broke it many years ago in university sport, but because of the cost I never bothered to fix it. Recently with the dietary changes I have made in eliminating most everything except meat, with a big focus on rudiment meats , I double checked in the mirror . I thought I saw two white lines just a bit higher than the tooth that was chipped. After about three months I looked in the mirror and that tooth filled in almost to the top of the tooth beside it. Freaked out ? No. I remember reading Dr Weston Price , and that the tooth theoretically should be able to heal like other areas of the body. Just one example of many . I am early on in transitioning fully to the Proper Human Diet but thought I would share that with you. Love what you are doing . Keep up the very purposeful mission you are on.

I also do sometimes have avocado or a non starchy veg with my meat, fish or seafood (asparagus, Brussels sprouts, picked/fermented cabbage or sauerkraut, roasted peppers, etc)…
but for the most part I’m beef, butter, bacon and eggs, fish, seafood, lamb, chicken thighs, legs or wings, and pork. Also do cook my steaks in Wagyu Beef Tallow…
Remember, everyone is different and a food that might be perfectly fine for me may cause big problems for someone else.
Everyone is their own “N=1 Experiement”…. and by doing strict carnivore for 30-90 days as an elimination diet, you can slowly, one food at a time, try and add things back in and see if they are ok or not.
I hope this helps you and feel free to message me anytime!!😊

Kerry and Jen, thank you for the tireless work You’re doing to get the word out! It’s super impactful, having HCP‘s spreading the word but it’s a whole next level when a lay person can relay stories with such impact.

    I blame the doctors
They caused me a lot of suffering. I don't trust them at all anymore.

Same. Not only did my doctors not help, they actively led me further away from health. And I've seen them do the same thing to my relatives, too. And to think, I used to want to be a doctor!

People are eating bad foods because "THEY TASTE GOOD" I hear it all the time!

Once you break the addiction, some of those "hyperpalatable" foods start to taste downright disgusting. I tasted soda last week, for the first time in over a year, and it was awful! I never realized before that ginger ale tastes like corn syrup and pinesol. Vile!

Just one correction, do not claim whatever ailment, it is not yours!!!
    “My…(insert ailment)…”
Do not claim it, it is not yours, and therefore you denounce rebuke, and do not consent

🌸Happy Birthday Jennifer!🌸 Awesome as always! I'm pretty new here but have truely enjoyed the content you put out! It's only been the last month or so, deep in the Carnivore rabbit hole. And I found you maybe 10 days ago. I'm slowly transitioning and hope to be ready soon. 🥩🥓🥚🍗

You're talking about the hubris at the beginning of the video, and THEN ... you tell a story where you say to Jen, "My heartbeat's different? You're not a doctor! You don't know what you're talking about!" ??? And .. who was right? You go, Jen!
Peace on y'all. Peace on all of us! This episode is so amazing, so encouraging. :-D Thank you!
This is an interesting journey we're on, right? It's hard for me keeping interested in carnivore. Nashville Chris - I can't remember his handle exactly - but he helps with recipes that are interesting. I bless that you can keep interested in steaks. You are truly blessed. BUT I'm not afraid to say, okay, this cross for Jesus. Yup, I said it. And that said, I again say, Chris Cooking Nashville? Does that sound right? He's got some recipes that truly work. I appreciate his efforts! I appreciate your efforts! YOU are blessings! :-D Thank you, Kerry and Jen!

I went carnivore 4 months ago. My wife is not all in yet either. She says she hates meat so I don’t know how to help her. We both have lost 35 lbs each but she is not eating properly.

Omg, I am so so confused now, I have been a Vegan for the past few yrs.but as clean as I eat, I have gained 70 lbs. I wonder why, I am slowly adding the carn. diet, I have noticed my brain fog has been less and less, I started 4 days ago, I am afraid of eating dairy because of watching other doctors talk about the mucus and it causing cancer, any way, I am going to switch as much as I am concerned about the this diet but I need to get this weight off once and for all, btw just found your channel yesterday!❤

    • @itzakpoelzig330
      @itzakpoelzig330 Před 12 dny

If you're going to include dairy, make sure it's raw dairy. That's a completely different food from the tortured, perverted stuff they sell in grocery stores. Raw dairy is a superfood.

    • @aimeegunderson6852
      @aimeegunderson6852 Před 8 dny

There's no need to eat the dairy. Strict carnivores don't. Maybe some butter. I think I'm addicted to dairy and probably would see even more benefit if I dropped it.
