It's crazy that Pete Rock talks about Down with the King..i'm a French bgirl and even though I had been listening to hip hop for a few years but when i listen to the whole down with the king album in '93 (i was 12), i really got into hip hop to the point of obsession. This new Pete Rock & Common (who is on my top 10 list) collab brings back this incredible energy...
Common (Sense) has been in my top 3 since 1993. I loved 'Can I Borrow a Dollar'... but when 'Ressurection' hit he was in my favorites but 'One Day It'll all Make Sense' was my absolutely favorite albulm
