Easy bows and tassels using ribbon scraps

Hello and welcome to my first video!
In this video I use up every single ribbon scrap that I have to make bows and tassels. I needed to find a way to use up the scraps because one of my cats likes to eat them. If I hid them away, I would never use them. As we all know, out of sight, out of mind. Now I have plenty of bows and tassels for future projects or to put on gifts. And most importantly, my kitty is safe.
