Sir I purchased Lloyd 1 ton ac. Correct me if I am wrong.
The Vacuuming process
1. With gas locked in outdoor unit vacuum pipe and indoor unit 15 min(30 min if single stage vacuum)
3. Wait for 10 minutes to check if pressure maintain at -30 psi
4. Then slowly release gas and liquid by moving with allen key slowly
4. Check leakage at 4 nut points 2 indoor 2 outdoor units.
5. Release full gas with allen key and turn on AC. And check again for leakage of gas.
6.if all ok take out the vacuum charging pipe. Put Caps on all there points in outdoor unit.
Am I right?

Bhai I have uploaded a short video. Technician came today. after much insisting did vacuum single stage 24 minutes. Kept it for 10 min.
But pointer never went to -30. it is there at -20.

What is the issue. Also while slowly release gas checking with soap water everything is okay. But when full gas released AC turning on suddenly small hissing sound of gas started. Technician said it's hardly 1 psi. After that. When he disconnected the charging line a loud sound of gas released heard. Ac is running fine.

Bhai agar outdoor unit bracket lagane ka bhi alag charge hai to 1500 rs installation charges kis Kam ke liye de Raha hoon?
Out door unit ka bracket alag se purchase karna hota hain par usko lagane ka alag se charges kaun le Raha Hain? Ye to installation charges jo 1500 le rahe Hain usi me include hain
