CC3 is shooting 3 point attempts at a greater distance than steph ctrey young and Damian Lillard I've been there years of any season were they shot their longest 3s.
You hit the nail on the head Clark's game is so gifted so talented for everything really except defense at this point. But angel doesn't play defense she doesn't get defensive free bound she doesn't block shots she gets put back and gets played 1 on 14 the most part while Caitlin gets double tamed almost all the time. If Clark was guarded 1 on 1 like angel is she would be averaging 25 a game.
That logo 3 made my night. If the fans were flabbergasted in another record crowd in Seattle I guess? I'm just sad for Clark because of the losing because of this ridiculous coach he's to deal with half the team has to be traded. Otherwise don't come back for the second season girl because it will be the same if you have the same roster in the same coach.

I was at that game. I'm a 58-year-old man who loves BASKETBALL and I will tell you I haven't had that much FUN at a game in years! Going to a game where the athletes play hard every minute. Plus I could take the whole family and not take an equity loan to buy tickets. I haven't had this much fun at a game since the Sonic's played the Bulls in the 96 NBA finals!

She´s the reason I´m watching WNBA highlights, first time ever. And I´ve always been an NBA fan.
As an Iowa grad myself, I've been following her since her freshman year with the Hawkeyes, but I love how the whole nation is enjoying her gifts now. It was incredible to see how rapidly attendance increased during her time there, culminating with every game being sold out during her senior year.

I hope all CC haters realize she has brought so much more excitement to this game and her team mates or absorbing the energy. Win or lose it is such a joy to watch the Indiana team grow together. Her teammates still aren't awake enough to catch her passes. Back in the day rookie James Worthy got hit in the head a few times with passes from Magic until he learned to pay attention.

How the heck does three other players take more shots than Caitlin? It's like Caitlin is playing 5 levels ahead of her teammates including her coach. Caitlin must be freed from all this incompetence. 60% of the players in the league are terrible, if it wasn't for Caitlin they couldn't pay me to even watch this crap. Man I wish Caitlin could play with players that is half way on her level. Sure wish Kate Martin was on her team at least she knows where to get Caitlin the ball.
For one, the other team is focusing heavily on giving her no breathing room to shoot. When others get the ball the defense is like "meh". They won't let here beat them. When her teammates start catching the ball and converting those assists, there'll be nothing the other team can do.
I agree, and sign Gabby Marshall to a contract. Gabby's only 5'9", but she can guard like a wolverine on PED's, and can make three pointers and layups.
CC is the only reason I even know there is a WNBA. Never watched basketball in my life before, either men or women. Now I watch every game with Caitlin Clark in it.

Clark put up a good effort, as did Boston and Smith. But the Storm defense was too good, and shout out to Jewell Loyd. She was on fire in this game.
For CC, this season is just a warm up. She’s already accomplished the goal of showing she’s WNBA-ready, the real deal. So, don’t get hurt or worn out (be glad you’re not doing the Olympics) and see if a new coach or better support players arrive for next year.
The sky's the limit for Caitlin. I wish Kobe was still around as he would have thoroughly enjoyed working on her game with her.
I'm glad too because she'll be there next time. I want her to get some rest and just be at home relaxing, time with her boyfriend and family. Just some Caitlin getting some down time.

Her passes are truly next level and totally underappreciated as she broke so many scoring records, but so many don't realize that she led the nation in assists her senior year (8.9 per game), junior year (8.6), sophomore year (8.0) and was third her freshman year (7.1).
I watched wnba when it started but didn’t care about it. Now that CC is playing I keep up with it especially her games
A lot of her long shots aren't squared up or lined up, but still go in. That's what impresses me. To be able to do that you have to practice it all of the time, from everywhere, to get the muscle memories you need for the shots.
Thats a great observation, and it puzzles me every time I see her shoot. Worst form ever, but best eye hand coordination I've ever seen in any sport. If I didnt see actual videos of all her shots swishing, I'd never believe it.

Her passing is amazing. I think she’ll explode next season after having several months off. She must be exhausted after the college season with all the post season games and frequently playing every minute.
I can't believe how strong she's going after playing essentially non-stop for almost the past year now. The Olympic break this season will likely be appreciated too, although it would have been AMAZING to see her play in Paris. It would have lifted the profile of the WNBA for years to come had Team USA had the wisdom to put her on the roster.
