Because of this video i went to try out ligera 4 and it fits my perfectly. the best thing is i bought it for £42 or roughly 55 dollars now. As i am not a pro or semi pro player i see no value in buys boots that are 200 dollars

1 major issue I have with the legend 6. The sole plate on the legend 6 is rock solid in my opinion. I can’t imagine using a legend 7 because that’s my biggest issue with the boot. When I’m juggling or kicking I feel like the sole gives me no flex to bend my foot the way I want it. Maybe it’s just that the leather stretches instead of the sole plate bending but I’m really not a fan.

I would personally prefer the Premiers, but as you know, it depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for. They're very different boots.
Hey josh I bought the Nike tiempo legend 7 and already trained with them. I loved them. But unfortanely they seem too small, my feet hurt. It's a U.K. 7 and i usually wear 7.5. Will the leather stretch so it doesn't hurt so much? It's too late to return them now :(
It's entirely up to a brand like Nike to produce and distribute whatever they think has the best chance of selling. There isn't really an answer to that question beyond the fact that Nike obviously though that most people would likely buy the FG version over the AG for the launch of the new Tiempo.
hey josh, I heard a lot of things/saw a lot of reviews about last year's Nike Tiempo Legend 6 line of cleats (Legend 6, Legacy, Mystic, Genio, and Rio) having significant issues with the material of the cleat splitting from the sole plate. Have you found this to be a significant issue/how severe is it? Would you recommend going with the new year Tiempo line of cleats? Is the new year's model (Tiempo Legend 7 line - Legacy, Ligera) better regarding this issue? If you have a video that addresses the splittage issue that would be awesome. Thanks
Most of those problems were from people wearing FG boots on artificial grass, which they're not made for. I personally never had any issues with the Legend 6.
Ok cool, how about with the budget models? Those were the models where I was hearing the most about sole plates splitting from uppers with only a little use. Thanks
I think logic behind that decision is that most people who would be interested in a leather boot, like a Tiempo, or previous Tiempo customers, wouldn't want a shoe with a collar.
Ive had this problem on EVERY leather cleat ive ever owned. Thinking about trying synthetic just to see if they have the same rip problem near the ball joint
As long as you keep them clean and let them dry properly after each use, you should be fine with just that. You can still apply leather cream if you'd like, but I wouldn't say that it's entirely necessary.
josh i have a problem with my legend 6's the internal cage like structure is seprating from the leather so when i put on my shoes it folds and gets in the way

his Josh, I recently received a pair of pure control 17+ and ordered them true to size. around the toe they fit perfectly however they feel really loose around the ankle/ collar of the boot, I would like to now if this is normal and if there is anything I can do to help this. (I have quite a small ankle)
They'll fit everyone differently. Some people end up with a great fit, others not so much. Because it's laceless there's no way too adjust them, so if they don't fit you the way you'd like them to, there's nothing you can do about it.
Mark Boyd that's most likely the way the shoe will fit you forever as you cannot adjust how a lacless boot fits you. If it's that bad I would suggest sending them back if you can and getting a different pair of cleats
Stud pressure is usually caused by the ground being really hard, using the wrong stud pattern for the playing surface, or the boots are simply wearing out to the point where the soleplate has gone a little soft. Those are the three scenarios.

I personally prefer the Purespeed. They're very different shoes when it comes to fit and feel though.
Since the tounge is elasticated does that mean that it will loosing when you strike the ball or do the lases help it stay tight and not loosing
