The reason I love this scene so much is because of the complete 180 Dr. Bailey did compared to ~2 seasons earlier when Callie tried to get advice on her first time with Erica Hahn and Dr. Bailey was SUPER uncomfortable talking about sex

Scenes like these make me forget how close callie and bailey technically are when it comes to longevity. Even though Callie wasn’t introduced till later in season 2 she admitted that her whole surgical career before she was going to leave for Africa (internship, residency, fellowship/attending status.) was all at Seattle grace so her and bailey have been work colleagues for a very long time.
