In CHALLAN when he’s recounting his journey as a hiphop artist and thrust onto the stage the second time, he’s decked out in flashy stuff to appeal to the khh audience, and when he finally comes to terms with being his own person, we see the jewelry on the floor getting picked up and put in the janitors cart. That janitor’s cart with his old “image” is what separates him from the crowd in GOTTASADAE. The concept is also mentioned in that album’s track, “The Mainland” where BewhY says that he shines brighter than jewelry, the old Rollie chains and gold that he would deck himself in to imitate American rappers before he found his own image.
