    Great presentation. I have one got it April 23, 2022. Your forgot to show how there is a slit to slide the trunk removable panel into. Also know that not all phones have the Qi built in to charge in the wireless charger, but a wireless receiver can be purchased from Amazon for $14.00. It's thin and plugs into the phones charging port and placed on the backnof the phone. Put both on the wireless charger phone faced up and the amber light comes . I just got one and it works perfectly. Once again great presentation thank you

    Jeff is a fun guy. Hey, I'm wondering when you first start up the MDX does it start in the most recent drive mode? For example, if I like driving in Individual mode most of the time do I have to select it every time I get in the vehicle? If not, then having Individual mode where auto stop/start is disabled would be a way to pseudo permanently turn that feature off without having to press the A button every time you drive.

      DJ -C , I just mine in the Fathom Blue Pearl / Graystone interior Advance. I hate to use the term LOVE for a car, but I really LIKE this new car. I will admit though, seeing this car in Liquid Carbon on the Dealer's floor when I went to sign up my Lease, I did inquire about switching my deal to the LCP / Black interior (although I am not a fan of Black interiors since they get very hot). Dealer said that would cost me another $1K down and increase my lease payment another $30 dollars - I turned that down and went with the FBP . Interesting color in that it looks more Blue up close, but a little more Black / Blue from a distance.Good Luck with your new Acura. PS: I traded UP to this forma 2019 MDX Advance leased to JUne 2022.

    I own a MdX 2011 and that is a work horse. Imagine, i have the 2011 base model, at the time tech pckage was a better stereo and speakers with a built in GPS. I couldn’t get myself to justify the extra expense for the Tech package, so base model it was. 110k miles later and my car is still with a lot life left in it. Very comfortable car for road trips and great pick up of my 3.7v6 300HP engine. Gas guzzler for sure but that is the price you pay for comfortably. I am in the market for a 2023 A-spec, as i cannot justify paying more for the advance- as the only feature i liked was remote starter and heated rear seats.

    How is it that there is an option for ride control? a-spec has regular shock, i can understand throttle control because that involves a computer control. I dont care for adjustment of the steering, much prefer the sport mode handling-numb steering is notmmy thing.

    Got my 2023 MDX in October 2022. Good driving car, very comfortable. Drove it from the East Coast to L.A. and back. 6 days of 14 hour drive give me a good sense of how the car operates. Driving Instruments and electronics not so good. Brand new SUV delivered with a 3 year old navigation. Ended up using Google maps as Android Car not very friendly to use and outdated. One finger navigation for screen use is most ridicules "invention". Good luck navigating the screen when in motion. Wireless voice commands totally unfriendly, You need to learn a new language to navigate . If you drive in a snow and ice, you will need to stop and clean hood logo (Radar) if you want to continue . Other than this there are several other issues. It would take to long to continue. No it is not in a class of BMW or Audi. Had previously BMW ,Audi and 2017 MDX.
    O yes, If you need parts get in line for a long run. I'm still awaiting for " Rear lid molding" replacement ( almost 6 month)
    Honda / Acura thumbs down !

    i wish the performance Acura talks about, was reality. The performance they showed and not even at the fullest, in only available on the Type S. But the MDX is not a NSX, so the word performance doe snot belong here at all. The A-spec does have a good looking body, aggressive looks but that is all. I still dont get the Dynamic mode, i think that is a placebo effect button if you ask me. I am looking into a 2023 MDX now, oddly Canada MDX come equipped with different features that the advance model has over the other models. The type S, maybe a short term throw from being taken to the back of the barn and well, it will be gone. not many people are buying it and the performance it offers is basic when you compare it to the rivals like the BMW X5.

    Hi, not crazy about red and gloss black plastic. A spec should have other color options at this price point. Gloss comes from German competition and makes no sense. Reflects light which is not good while driving and you see dust and fingerprints.

    I don't like the engine sound for some reason

    • @danielmelendez9943
      @danielmelendez9943 Před 10 měsíci

      for one thing, Acura engineers felt that it was necessary to pump the sound into the cabin. That makes ZERO sense. Performance should come from the engine as is without any other factors enhancing it, unless of course there is a turbo envolved. As for luxury, Acura missed a few things that should be standard in a $60K SUV that are only availble in the Advance package, If anything the A-spec should have the option of tuning the engine and transmission adequately to show actual engine performance. Acura marketing team lost out on that opportunity. Nex tgeneration MDX will most likely be electric and 6 Cylinder engines are being phased out across all manufacturers. That is why even lexus has 4 cylinder bangers with a turbo.
