Dr. Gotam is currently working as a consultant Urologist & Andrologist in the Sterling Group of Hospitals in Gandhidham, Gujrat.     A physician uses only his head and his hands only for writing prescriptions and receiving fees. On the contrary a surgeon along with his head uses his hands to perform operations to treat patients and sees the results at the same time that is often highly rewarding.

    Very nice video. Just one more thing would have been cherry on the top that is urology a good branch for female surgeons as well??
    Because generally people discourage females from pursuing urology.

      @@TheSocialDoctor keep up the good work,with so much misleading information on quora and other sites its a very nice way for first generation doctors who dnt hv ne guidance to know right things about the field.

      Paediatrics is a very good branch. Just to give a practical example, there are around 8 paediatricians in my town and all have an OPD of 80-100 per day. So it is a rewarding branch
