If you struggle to not stop thinking about her,join a gym,spend more time with friends and family that aren't connected to her. Don't tamper with her free will by trying to get her back and don't see a counselor to try to get her back. Remember she left you,and if she didn't fall out of love with you she would have never left you in the first place .
