हाइड्रोपोनिक तकनीक द्वारा चारा उत्पादन - फायदा या नुकसान Hydroponic Fodder Production

    The popularity of hydroponics fodder production system is increasing day by day, it is seen as a revolution in the field of agriculture and fodder production. But it must be noted that in hydroponics there is a serious reduction in dry matter content of fodder. In this video, we scientifically demonstrate the facts that hydroponics is not economically feasible for livestock production.

    Hello sir.
    Dont judge this process on the basis of dry matters only.
    Isko aap practically animals ko khila ke dekhe.
    Logo ko gumraah na kare.
    Hamaare yaha dairy hai,goatry hai,or rabbitry hai.lakin hum sabhi ko sirf hydroponics wheatgrass hi khilaate hai.or dusro ke compare me hum bohot zyada munaafa kamaate hai.
    So basically go for the real fact whether it works on the animals or no.
    Nothing can be judged on this paper datas or theoretical informations.

    • @AlisVeterinaryWisdom
      @AlisVeterinaryWisdom  Před 6 lety +9

      even after seeing so much scientific references you are saying ki gumraah na kare??
      If this technology is so smart for fodder production than you need not to advocate this.. only those people are advocating this who have to sell these machines// apke yahan dairy goatry rabbit honge aur aap khilate bhi honge and we know all economics and munafa in livestock enterprises .. People are not blind ki 4 lakh rupay ki machine lagayein aur usme roz 20 rupay kilo ki 50 kilo makka dalein 7 din baad pani lene ke liye//

  • @MrGYPSYSPADE
    @MrGYPSYSPADE Před 4 lety

    the idea is to use this method to supplement feed in snowbound areas or in any other difficult times. But it is not for perpetual use. You are right. There is another way to use it and that is to sun dry it or shade dry it under airflow . Now when the moisture level in the wheat grass is .05 then you can use it. And that means it is dry feed and you would require 7 times or more to equal it in green wheatgrass volume. This way the cost does not come down but the feed is now very nutritious. green wheat grass could be used only for maintenance in drastic situations.

    You are right about reduction of dry matter in transaction from seeds to sprouts . However; It may be okay to feed "birds" with seeds; but seeds are 'not the food for ruminant animals'; there are 100s of disadvantages in feeding grain to the animals (probably exception of pigs - pigs do not ruminante). Losses of dry matters can fulfilled by dry feed given to them as filling fodder. It is essential the ruminant animals get chlorophyll filled feed to maintain their digestive system. Green feed is not available round the year especially in India; so the alternative is Hydroponics.

      you are absolutely right and get the main point... I never said that this technique is wrong or incorrect but simply I am trying to say that it is not suitable for dairy (if someone tries to solely rely on this for green fodder production) and of course in India DM concerns are huge // you can feed it to birds (simple stomach animals) but care should be taken while feeding because it is extremely good source of salmonellosis and mycotoxins... green fodder alternative is silage and its proper planning

A study conducted came with these results. It also mentioned 6+ kg weight gain in the 97 days trial.

    In the case if we replace green fodder with hydroponic fodder, is it still not a good option? Bcs we can get hydroponic fodder on cheaper price compare to green fodder ( as we dont grow green fodder but purchase it regularly).

      loss ya profit is par depend karta hai ki animal ki requirement kitni hai aur requirement depend karti hai uske weight aur production status par.. ap hamari profitable dairy video series ko follow kare usme calf rearing se lekar dairy ke sabhi major parts ke bare me bataya jayega jisse ummid hai ki hamare padhe likhe dairy enterpreneurs or farmers ko laabh hoga
