Video is quite long but in this video I did this first time and I didn't know how long to wait after starting the car.
This happened (VSC light) to me after connecting techsteam to car.

Clean and lube gas cap and rim. Blow any dust from around spring in gas cap center. VSC light should turn off. Worked with mine.

Yes you can try this cap trick first but it didn't work for me.

For a video with no audio and a Japanese LS 430/Toyota Celsior, it appears it would help to eliminate the VSC light and the! From flashing. Will try this tomorrow but it would help if they gave timings on how long the paper clip should stay in, how long the entrance to stay on after the top and bottom row holes in the port are pushed in accordingly. Then it says go for a short test drive. Short to me maybe different from short to them so a little more print instruction and less emoji fingers, and this video would be super helpful. Wish me luck as I will try this tomorrow morning on my 02 Lexus LS 430 millennium silver/black aniline leather. Love my car. Doesn’t look or ride like it’s 20 years old

Sometimes my dash board language starts coming in Japanese same like you do and my radar ready and reserver sound starts coming as well but when i reset it everything bcome normal and if i reverse no sound if i turn on cruise it is not showing radar ready or not what should i check
