- Here we are again, remaking a Ben & Jerry's. This time it's Dirt Cake Topped and it is DELICIOUS and not very difficult to make either.
What you'll need:
370g Milk
370 Cream
26g Sugar
90g Invert Sugar / Corn Syrup
10g Vanilla Extract (optional as it's got enough vanilla flavour already)
56g Skim Milk Powder
84g Jell-o Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Pack (270g) of Original Oreos
100g of Milk Chocolate for the top
10g Refined Coconut Oil (no coconut flavour or smell)

@@PolarIceCreameryI made a similar flavor but with few mods. Made a chocolate coffee ice cream and then made chocolate cookie butter into 2 larger layers instead of a core. Came out great. Stored in a wider half gallon container instead of a pint and got nice swirls out of the scoop

@@jolienpetre9017 yeah it’s all good, some places close etc but most stay open. Everything still works etc, just makes the face a bit chilly and you get some ice/frost on the windows.
@@DeuceCoup78 I like how you make it sound like it's not a big deal 🤣 don't get me wrong, for you it probably isn't and you know how to deal with it. We now had a couple of days where temperatures dropped to -7 at night and wouldn't climb above 0 during the day. That's cold for Belgium standards. I feel like a pussy 🥲
@@jolienpetre9017 it’s cold out walking though, the face gets a beating with the wind. My wife doesn’t like it either but at -15 -20C the sun makes it surprisingly warm.
