It's interesting that Priyanka mentions it was black girls. I've had the same experience, growing up in different countries around the world, it was always the black of Mediterranean girls that were nasty and would bully. I found black girls to be quite aggressive. Not saying that all black girls were like that, there were some that were absolutely lovely. Even now in America, this whole Black Lives Matter movement is literally to bully everyone else. There is so much double standards with such movements.
That being said it is individual above all, the responsibility or accountability goes to an individual if they subscribe to negative actions.
Prblm is not skin color... Absolute power corrupts absolutely... Now they are powerful so they bully others... The one with power always bullies the ones without... Same is the case with ma ke ladle jinko protection hai... Now they bully the so called upper castes here but still continue playing victim card!
