The relationship between the girls and the staff is so wholesome. You can tell that everyone is very close at DCC. They give Dreamcatcher so much creative freedom, and the girls give them nothing but love and respect. 🙌

you can't fake this kind of bond, it's so nice to see an idol group being so comfortable around their staff <3 on one hand i guess it would've been nice if dreamcatcher belonged on a bigger company so they could be more famous, but on the other hand i think they're better off this way, on a smaller company that respects them and makes them feel welcomed
i'm pretty impressed by DC's staff..it's very rare for kpop group staff and crews to be seen in vlogs or lives without them hiding or blurring their face, it's just shows how comfortable they are with the girls
