FINNALLY A MOM ON A SOCIAL MEADIA PLATFORM THAT ACTUALLY MAKES GOOD LUNCHES. Most mom on social media cuts 4 picec of cheese and and some crackers with grapes and calls it a meal that’s helpful, and fast, like bruh just make a sandwich at this point. But this person actually cooks, adds fruits, vegetables, and a small treat this is I how I like my lunches.
Ikr! Most of the time i just a fruit or nuts! These kids are so lucky!
i’m not trying to sound mean or pressed but the meals the other moms make are helpful and fast. they’re helpful and fast for people who can’t heat up food at school and for people who have busy schedules. they don’t make their kids sandwiches bc some little kids like to mix and match with the crackers, meat, and cheese. i will admit, i have a mom that always makes me large lunches so this might be totally wrong but this is just how i see it.

Not a parent, but these moms must have all the energy in the world. I got sandwiches growing up, and if not that, pretty sure I was eating what the cafeteria had because I remember not liking mayo (I like it now.) Just watching because they make me nostalgic in some weird way, even though I only went to public school up to third grade because of stress (which sucked either way, because they lumped us in with the 4th graders and it was confusing for everyone involved. Now my cursive still looks like kids writing, among other things.) Also, it's just nice seeing a loving mother give a crap about her children's nutrition because so many don't (okay, no one I know, just in general) and it's like really wholesome??

When i was in elementary school all the food was super healthy, there was rice meat and vegetable components and even soup and fruit. And when i moved for middle school i started packing my own lunch by myself, is that not normal- i thought most kids made their own lunch to pack just like field trips.

For the hot foods, do you warm it up first then pack it for the school day? Or do they eat it cold?
most of the foods look like you could eat it cold but it depends on wether the kids like the food cold, and if they do want it warm the lunch boxes look like they would hold a little heat for a certain amount of time. hope this helps :)

In where I live we all eat hot foods for lunch so for the kids that bring lunch we put the food in a small and tall bucket like thing that keeps the food warm, essentially a hot water bottle but wider

Depends some. Kids like it called others like it hot. They do have the type of lunchbox that has a thermal container and you warm up the food in the morning in the microwave get it as hot as possible and then put it in the thermal close it tightly and then it stays warm all the way till lunch so then when the kid finally goes to open it his lunch is the perfect temperature to eat

I really wish i ever got a good lunch like this :( all i had was bread with toppings (cheese, pasta, hagelslag, gekleurde hagel, peanutbutter) we used to get an apple too but i never finished mine so my mom didnt give me any anymore. But after all its fine because i ended up being able to eat lunch which some kids couldnt
The food wasnt healthy though. To be really honest we didnt eat much healthy which is fine once in awhile, but everyday. Unhealthy food makes me sick and ive been asking my parents if we could have something healthier but they say that not everyone is bothered about it so i asked if i could then atleast have something healthier but then my brother started saying that i always got what i wanted and that i should stop being ungrateful and just eat what we have or nothing at all. And to be honest i would rather eat nothing at all because its making me sick. I dont like the food it makes me feel bad it makes my mood bad and then they act like theyre the victim. And trust me we have enough money because if they can buy fries and frikandel for about 4 euros for me every friday they could instead buy me lettuce and a few eggs (which i can use multiple times) maybe corn which i could also use a few times, spinach i could use a few times theyre off way cheaper eventually. Sure maybe they dont have the energy to prepare it but i dont mind having to take 10 minutes of my time to cook some eggs put some lettuce in a bowl add some spinach, some corn and some cheese id be healthier off, theyre cheaper off and all they have to do is because they go to the store every friday is bring back what i still miss. And if they think thats not enough i could even add a like a burrito thingy which is like a euro and theres 10 in there. Its healthier, eventually cheaper and they have to do little to nothing for it. If they need help for inspiration for healthier things i could help them i have a full list off cheap, yet yummy, filling, healthy food recipes. I could even help preparing it!! You see healthy food doesnt have to be more expensive, healthy food doesnt have to be a boring salad or gross, it can be anything! You can personalize it to what you like the best. You can try new things out which can help you learn love some foods too. Im just really stuck with the fact that they get such stereotypes of healthy food. And yes u can still eat icecream or cake or anything its just more the thought of being healthier. It doesnt have to be a diet plan it doesnt have to be gross it doesnt have to be boring it doesnt have to be meatless. Meat is important for the human body, it has important vitamins in it for us to survive.

Honestly my mom used to make me this kinds of lunch in childhood,and I would sometimes tell her not to do so much hard work and just give me money to buy sth , but she would never listen to me.Actually food was my mom’s way to show love and care for our family 🥰☺️.I think she has also got the same thing.

Different people have different love language and this is hers. I am a working mom but I would wake up really early to prepare food for my children and that is MY CHOICE.
