Is it true that people who watch ASMR have a bit of anxiety or depression? Can one enjoy ASMR without having to experience any of those?
I watch it and I don’t have either of those things 😊
When i started watching it I didn’t have it ...but when I was going thru rough days and those emotions surfaced asmr did help .
No. I don't have depression. But the videos do help me if I get anxious sometimes 😌
Ya I also don't have depression but sometimes I got anxiety attack and panic attack and the asmr helps me to get over it
I have depression but asmr has nothing to do with it. When I have my not so okay time, I rather listen to music. I only watch gc asmr coz I like it & it's very calming.
