Nicola And Jessica | Living With Down Syndrome | A Million Voices

When Jessica was born in 2004
her mum Nicola had no idea that she was carrying a little something extra in her genetics.
At only 9 weeks old she had to undergo a open heart surgery to close three holes in her heart.
Despite her difficult start, Jessica is a fighter who doesn’t waste a minute of this beautiful gift called life.
She is an inspiring young woman who wants the world to understand that you can have Down Syndrome and still dream big, and be seen as beautiful and worthy.
