In my opinion *Grasp* is still the best rune on Gnar. Getting your permanent hp, bonus damage and free sustain in lane is just to effective. Not to mention, he's range, so you can abuse that quite easy.
lethal tempo takes something like 2 second to proc, this rune is actually the opposite, so it's should be the better option for jungle twitch, adc twitch want to sit back and farm anyway so probably pta or lt since fleet fotwork is DEAD

not really, you want the attackspeed once you are at full stacks not before that, generally you want to stack your rageblade and then go for fights not stack it up in the fight

HoB is extremely negligible when mounted in comparison to the DPS of electrocute and conqueror in mid, jg, and top and honestly shouldn't be opted for. Taking bone plating + HoB and going all in at low HP unmounted and getting mount back in 2 seconds with Titanic is pretty hilarious though and feels extremely good. However, it drops off really quickly and becomes even more useless. Tilts the fuck out of the enemy though.

On an ADC going Domination means a lot of wasted runes. Currently almost all AD Carries go Precison + Sorcery.

If you try full lethality assassin vayne and how kindred is played now its alot better to pick but its like predator now its only good on like 3 diffrent champions
in that case every champion r strong lmao :v kindred,vayne,..(most of adc) r seem as DPS not assasin so no need for a keystone to brust damage and especially for oly first 3 atk (need 5s out of combat too -_-) so it 's completely the worst keystone for adc. Moreover, most champ which main dmg deal from basic atk like jax,Yi can use it from beginning cause they r junglers and need to brust dmg as much as possible but in late game,conqueror or lethal tempo still take place
Jhin exists man, plus 24 ad at 1 min into the game, and now it last for 3 seconds and the cooldown is 8 s econds in and out of battle, pretty strong for him.

Since Tahm Kench main purpose as support not focus on attack or q, so Guardian is better choice for him

Lethal tempo sounds 10x better on Twitch than this keystone. I would still probably go PTA over either of them due to the fleet nerf.

Reksais e doesn't interact with her rage bar, hasn't for a while lmao. They changed it in her rework

not really, you want the attackspeed once you are at full stacks not before that, generally you want to stack your rageblade and then go for fights not stack it up in the fight
I think lethal tempo would be better. You get 2 of them at the same time, and deal tons of damage when full stacked.

It add a somewhat new playstyle and gives different rune page options to champions than just sticking with precision
Because the Precision tree is not so much aimed at auto-attackers, but to AD DPS champs, and this is a more bursty rune.

Wander Lust Diana is not suitable for this since she mainly needs to land those ability to deal damage, the attack is only just add-up

That build for my opinion, is for laning, which is not suitable for jungling
