10 second cooldown is kinda too long and yes i know it decrease as it level up, using all the skill and the enemy still alive all you have left is your basic attack unlike paquito he can do tons variation combo and short cooldown. I'm still new to julian but i have a suggestion for julian buff is that make his basic attack decrease the cooldown per hit just like moskov. To make it balance julian cd will be exactly at 10 second, it will not decrease as it level up, reduce early game damage alot of player counter julian by waiting him use all his skill and he can't do anything for 6-10 second
thats why i use Skill 2 - Petrify - 3 Skill 3 - Enhanced Skill 1. Julian is already bloody OP, almost top Philippines. It's just a matter of decision making, because Julian has 3 combos depending on each situation. If you're a julian exp laner, try out my combo. Instant 1st blood if your lane opponent has 60-80% hp.
if that happens, in the late game, not always you get to basic attack, before basic attack you may even die, so current julian is ok. I usually use enhanced first skill to lower the hp of opponent, so with next combo(enhanced first skill) most of enemy's die(this is for exp julian users). and one more thing, don't just rush and tap his skills, if your opponent is smart, they dodge it, if they do, you can do nothing but run
If youre talking about the one where the bots spawned, its the 'hero training' mode you can enter it by clicking the hero you wanted and you will see the option...if you're talking about the ingame map you can just switch it at the lobby
Honestly I really think first skill is too OP, it needs reduced damage every hit like every other skill that’s similar to it on different heroes. As well as what Ice Man said
