    Men's Cooking - Paweł Horąży
    Composition:
    - 350 g of wholemeal rye sourdough
    - 200 g of wholemeal rye flour type 2000
    - 200 g of rye flour type 720
    - 50 g of rye flakes
    - 350 ml of warm water
    - 2 teaspoons of cumin
    - 1 teaspoon of salt
    1. Measure the leaven;
    2. Mix all ingredients;
    3. Set aside to rise for about 6 hours;
    4. Place in a baking tin, cover and leave to rise for a second time, about 3 hours;
    5. Preheat the oven to 220°C, sprinkle the cake with cumin and bake for 55 minutes
