For 26M this is really good value! Kudos to the builders who built the home, craftmanship is top notch!
This might actually be my favorite design aesthetic. The stark contrast of black and white and the touches of industrial elements of steel and hard lines, mixed with the farmhouse vibes go well together. Very consistent yung design elements and nothing feels out of place unlike some homes.
The only problem is... wala akong 27 million lol

That's such a great style designed i love the most always bacony..
Also one tjing i like is the walk in closet yeah should separate on bath room..due to the moisture or steam when your bathing..if you use hhot water on shower..great ..

Beautiful home, at 1st when you walk in I was like where is the rest of the house. Like outside looked big but when you walk in, why was the living area so narrow. But kept watching and now understand. Beautiful kitchen like the layout of the home. The backyard very nice.
The only thing I didn't really like was it was so close to the neighbor's home.

I love this house although the stairs is almost hiding. I would probably scoot or move the storage closet a little further so it has more room for the living space/area. ♥️💕 Favorite so far is the kitchen and backyard.

I always wonder what our fascination is with Urinals in private residences, unless it’s a dedicated “Men’s “ restroom, I haven’t met a woman who while sitting on the toilet seat says: gee that’s a a very clean and nicely put in front of my face urinal!

There are a few things that could have made this house and the experience of owning this house better. First, if you notice at 0:56 there is a drone shot of the vacant lot next to the house that could have been purchased and used to extend the property of this home. This could have in turn allowed the builder/owner to expand the open back and side yard to allow for more green space for a garden, pool, or whatever. Personally, I would have kept it as a yard. Another thought would have been to position the home to be built in the center of the lot in order to gain some additional privacy from the two neighboring homes. Second, in that same shot you will see that someone has a small shack behind your home. I would want to know why and to see who owns that land. If I have extra money, I would have purchased the land behind the home in order to gain additional privacy and maybe even some garden space. Third, the WIRES and utility pole in front of the home. Whenever possible, just bury the cables so you do not have wires just hanging in front. If I was a land developer, I would position all of the utility cables behind the homes. Finally, your staff room needs an aircon too. The people who you pay to serve you deserve the same comfort.

Are you even familiar with lot provision and minimum cut for lot/home owners "at the initial purchase of property"?
A builder would prefer to build two houses in each lot than merging an adjoining lot. two houses means double the profit than one house with a bigger lot.
