Huawei K4606 is running at not bad 42.2Mbps dual carrier 3G download speed. This modem would also work on Windows 10 and Window 11 (Necessary setting may needed) which make it well worth for low cost internet connection.
K4203 K4606 k5150 setting:

--Windows 8 and older--
1. Insert sim card into the modem, pay attention to direction
2. Plug in USB modem to computer and waiting software to be installed
3. After install finished, double click desktop icon to open dashboard. If not work, Unplug and replug modem
4. Click 'setting' on top menu, then 'connection' on left navigation menu
5. 'Account type' drop down list, choose 'custom'
6. Field under IPv4/IPv6 APN, fill in APN of your sim card
7. Field under IPv4/IPv6 number, fill in *99#
8. Leave others as default and click 'save'
--Windows 10--
1. Plug in modem with sim and waiting driver to be installed
2. Click windows start button on bottom left conrner
3. choose Setting-network&internet-mobile-click 'cellular' and tick 'connect automatically'
4. Click 'connect' button. If can't connect to internet here, go to next step to set APN
5. Click 'advanced options'- 'Add internet apn'-fill in any profile name-fill in APN of your sim
6. Click 'save" button. Then click 'back arrow' on top bar
7. From 'Internet APN' list, click the one you just set, then click' Apply' button.
8. Click 'back arrow' on top, then click 'connect' button
--Windows 11--
1. Plug in modem with sim and waiting driver to be installed
2. choose Setting - network & internet - click 'cellular' down under
3. In 'mobile cellular setting' lower that page, click 'Mobile Operator setting'
4. Click 'add APN' button, fill in any profile name-fill in APN of your sim
5. Click 'save" button and waiting for connect automatically
