With your nightmares that occur each sleepless night, you knew this is what was going to happen. But you couldn't help, but feel so afraid of the red eyes that stalked you through the night. The pretty night of the Xianzhou Luofu could not hide the lingering fear in your heart as you dreaded each second of your life away under his gaze. The look of a predator as he finally caught up to you, "Did you have fun?" With his pale slender hands twirling the stray lock of your hair so casually. You averted your gaze, unwilling to respond to the man who held you hostage.
"How cruel... After chasing you for so many centuries, you don't have the heart to respond to me, [name]?" Blade lightly chuckled, his hand tugging your chin forward with a smirk on his face. "No retort? I had expected more fight in that pretty mouth of yours." The navy blue haired man mused to himself, finally he caught you. After al, you wouldn't stay quiet for so long after he's through with you.
You wondered if things would have been different if Jingliu didn't fall into the arms of the mara.
Blade pinched your chin, forcing you to look up at him. Staring in his red irises, his eyes drawn to your lips with a predatory gaze. "I missed you so much." His thumb gently caressing your bottom lip teasingly, "Don't I deserve a reward for winning our game, [name]?" You fought the urge to shiver, slapping his hand away from your face lest he get anymore ideas. Blade raised a brow at your attitude, "Oh?" He purposefully drawled, keen on seeing more of your fighting spirit.
"I owe you nothing." You tried to calm your shaky hands as you snapped back at him. It was silent for a while before the navy haired man began to laugh, finding your little threats so amusing, so cute really! His hand shooting forward to grip your throat, slamming you against the wall of the metal cargos that surrounded you. "I'll give you... hmm, ten seconds, how about that? If you can outrun me, I'll let you go. If you can't..." The sadistic smirk on his face mortified you as he let go of your neck. "Go ahead and run, you could never escape me [name]."
And so you ran, you ran like you believed that the Astral Express was waiting for you. You wanted to see Ms. Himeko, Mr. Yang, March, Stelle, Dan Heng, and Pom-Pom again. You didn't want to say goodbye to them, not in this way of parting. You were scared, you weren't ready to go back to him. This scene felt familiar, you once recalled. The large metal gates stood proud and tall as you hurriedly squeezed yourself through the bars, the metal bars digging into your side painfully as you desperately pushed through.
His laughter, it's so... sinister and cruel as it crawls up your neck and tickles your ears. The tears blurred your vision as you skid to a stop, your feet staggering back as the man in front of you approached you with a sick grin. "Found you♡ You didn't seriously believe you had a chance from running from me, [name]. You're so cute." Blade lunged forward, his hand tight on your neck in pure amusement as you were slammed against the balcony.
You grunted in pain as you were pressed up against the metal bars that held you back from being pinned to the floor. "You're sick, you know that Blade?" You scowled at the navy haired man who ignored you in favor of observing you under him, writhing so soon. "I am sick," He agreed with a roll of his eyes, "But you can be my cure." With those words, he pressed his lips to meet yours firmly- locking you in place so you wouldn't struggle.
You pushed at his chest, trying to shove him away as he tilted your head- enjoying the sweet victory of his catch. Blade let out a muffled groan of approval as felt your struggles weaken the longer he kissed you, of course with the lack of air- it's no fucking wonder you were struggling less and less. The navy haired stellaron hunter pulled away, seeing the string of saliva depart from both of your recent entanglement. "So sweet... You're so addicting, you know that?" His free hand trailed down to your lower torso, pressing his cold hand under your shirt to feel the supple skin of yours.
Flinching, you dreaded what he was trying to do and you refused him again and again. "Give in to me [name]. Devote your entire self to me." Blade murmured gently, his teeth gingerly biting through the soft skin of your neck. The sweetness penetrating through his mouth, oh aeons, you were just as he imagined. You wished it was a dream, the same dream that kept haunting you each night. You believed that this wasn't real and that he wasn't here.
A fate like yours- Was destined to fall from the start.

Your conscience slowly came a live as a drop of water disturbed the surface of water causing it to ripple. You were cold. Freezing really. Your mind registered the brick against into your stiff right shoulder and the cement beneath your fingers. You try to listen for an indication of your surroundings without giving away that you were awake and preparing yourself to attack and defend as necessary.
Then you heard the rattle of chains which made you mentally curse. He laughed. You must have cursed aloud unconsciously. He made you do that far too often to your likely. Then again it only this devil of a man ever made you mad.
“I am glad you are awake, my Empress. I have been waiting for you.” He smiled while approaching you.
His every footfall caused the water to ripple. You stood up from your position on the floor. A single flex of your muscles loosened your body as you kept the distance between him and you. It was dark where he was, and foggy. He was spending on top of a black ocean while you were standing on a light gray cement floor surrounded on three sides by obsidian brick walls. There was a single stair case. It was exposed in the side that faced the water.
If you fell in who knew what would happen to you but him. He grinned with pleasure. You never looked at him before now. This was the 120th time you had encountered this obsessed stalker in similar places like this, but never paid him any mind until today.
Why today?
He continued to approach and the water began to recede and push toward the cement floor but it seemed as if an invisible wall kept the two sides from touching. You had to get out of here.
“My Empress,” he called out from the boundary line.
You needed to get out. To run. Your instincts were screaming as if they were on fire. The red eyed demon with wavy sable hair reached out toward you despite the invisible wall being there. Realization dawned on you and sent you flying up the staircase where you heard he him call out to you. Then the sound of impacts slamming into the wall separating you. It grew more insistent the further up the stairs you went.
You had to climb higher. Higher! The atmosphere was growing thin as the spiral staircase wind upward. It coiled around a gray stone tower you realized as you stopped for a second to cough.
Then you heard it shatter.
“I am coming, my Empress.” He said in satisfaction.
You didn’t need to breathe. You stood upright and took the stair two or three at a time until you finally reached the door. You pushed against but it was locked. If you used too much force you could fall off the stairs to your death or into the black sea. Or may be you’d just wake up from this dream. But you had to open the door. You could heard him talking away about all the things you would do together. You didn’t respond but used your anger to force the door open.
It fell up revealing sunlight and the sound of chirping birds. You could were falling forward as your eyes adjusted to the sudden bright light. You were used to seeing black, white, and various shades of gray. However, before you could feel the warm grass against your skin. His arm snaked around your waist and held you adjust him.
“I will never let you get hurt again,” he promised.
The world faded away as you scream out your denial and frustration while fighting against his hold. But who knows if you managed to get free.

You ran down the alley way... His steps echoed against the cobbled stone underfoot. You could hear the metalic sound of his sword tip dragging against the stone. Sweat dripped down your face. You take a sharp turn to the right and run a ways before hitting a wall. Dead end. His steps grow louder now. You frantically start searching for a way out or up or for a place to hide.
"You can't hide from me, darling..."
His breath swirls in your ear. His voice is intoxicating. You slowly turn to him before quickly sprinting to the left - back down the way you came. You try to hide amongst some boxes that were out on the street. You hear him laugh. Suddenly Blade appears in front of you. HIs large frame blocks the moonlight and covers your face in darkness.
"Y/N," He grabs your chin and forces you to look up at him, "What did I tell you? You can't hide from me, darling..." His eyes darken as he leans in closer to your face until you are just inches away from him. He smirks. His sharp teeth glint in the light that's reflected off his sword.
"Found you."
You wake up back in your bed covered in a cold sweat. You can't remember anything from your dream just that you were terrified. 'It must have been a nightmare.' You think.
A dark laugh echoes in your head before you get up and start the day.

BFSDHKFSD SORRY I'M LATE! i tried doing a pov/fanfic, whatever you want to call it. this is my first time writing things like these, so bare with me.
Being scared is one thing, but having endless nightmares about being chased by a man you never can quite make out his face is scarier. You started having these reoccurring nightmares a week ago. One night you have a nightmare about the man, the next night it’s the same, it never changes. You simply brushed it off, saying it was a coincidence, but it keeps on appearing every night you slept. This can’t be a coincidence anymore, only a psychopath would keep on saying it was.
You decided to visit the local underground nurse, Natasha, who was also one of your good friends. Natasha seemed composed and not affected whatsoever when you told her about your nightmares, but deep down her heart ached. She was worried about you, a lot. Having to deal with the same nightmares every time you slept was tough, but she can’t say it from experience. “Well...I can’t really put my finger on what’s causing these cursed nightmares, and I’m so deeply sorry you have to go through this. I’ll try to find out what’s causing it, but I can’t promise I'll come out with a conclusion.” Natasha sighed, hunching over her chair. “Nightmares are common for adults and children. But in the end, they usually don’t remember what certain events happened in that dream. Your nightmares are quite different. You can remember them, and it seems like nothing happens after that guy grabs and corners you.” You slowly nodded. Whatever or should I say whoever is causing these dreams, I would much like to throw hands. “Personally, these nightmares I've been having are certainly draining and I'm quite tired of it. But...” Your gaze shifted to the window, “I can’t deny I am interested in who’s doing this...”
Later that night, you recalled the plan you and Natasha thought of while spending time together. “Remember, it’s just a dream, and whatever this man tries to do to you, you won’t be able to feel the pain. Regardless, be careful while in there.” “I will, Natasha. Thank you.”
You curled up in bed, your body under the sheets. The warmth made you at peace. ‘I can’t believe I'm even remotely trying to communicate with the creepy man. Seriously, what am I thinking...’ You thought. Sooner or later, the time came to start the plan.
Your eyes fluttered open. For some reason, you woke up on the ground, but this was nothing new. Everything seemed the same, it was expected since you were in the same dream for countless days. ‘I better get up before the man arrives like usual.’ You quickly got up and hid in a corner near where you awoke. Footsteps were heard, and it was slowly coming towards you. You could also faintly hear metal bouncing up and down. “Ready or not...here I come” The man said, pulling out his sword from his sheath. Breathing heavily, you clutched your hand. Footsteps grew louder, indicating he was coming closer. You swiftly turned around from the corner and tackled the man, causing his swords to crash to the ground. The man looked up to see who did such a thing to him, and he saw you, gritting your teeth. “Why the hell have you been following me around and appearing in these nightmares I have?!” He slowly grinned. “Well, it looks like the cats out of the bag, doesn’t it? My darling...” He chuckled, “If you think you can escape me, your dead wrong. I'll keep appearing, if you like it or not.” The man looked up to stare at you, raising his hand towards your cheek, cupping it. You stared blankly, not knowing what to think. You saw the man’s face. It wasn’t just any face... It was Blade’s. “Blade...?” He grinned at your reaction. “I guess my time is up. I'll tell you more when we see each other again. That is, if we do.” He soon faded away, leaving you in the dark abyss of a room. You shuttered awake, gasping for air. “What just happened...”
A knock was heard from the door of your room. “Hey Y/N, are you coming or not?” Dan Heng said from outside, someone else's voice accompanied his as well. “Hey Y/N! I know you're in there~! Come on out, we’ll have lots of fun with the four of us!” “You mean three, March? The Trailblazer isn’t here yet.” March sighed. “Don’t be like that~! It’ll still be fun!” You opened the door, “I would love to go right now.” March smiled happily and tightly grabbed your arm, wrapping her arm around yours. “Onward!” March ran off with you, Dan Heng walking behind you two. ‘I guess I'll have to search for answers later. Right now, I'll have some fun.’

"Goodnight, Y/N, and rest well. We have a long day ahead of us." Jing Yuan sighed, bidding goodbye.
It had just been the day after Kafka and Blade were able to escape. At the moment, Jing Yuan remained calm and non perplexed, but the instant you two were isolated in his office to discuss the matter, he had immediately went into a rant dissing out the Stellaron hunters.
"Goodnight Jing Yuan. Please do not dwell over it too much." You bowed, taking your leave.
You wandered around the Xianzhou. You weren't exactly as relaxed about the situation, either. Having Blade surely captured, but having the chance to have Kafka as well and failing in the process losing two fugitives? You didn't want to deal with the repercussions.
After your spontaneous walk, you headed back to your apartment, falling onto your bed and almost instantly falling asleep- before his face flashed in your mind. Your body immediately cringed, you suddenly not feeling as tired and went to go brush your teeth, splashing your face with cold water while you were at it.
You were...afraid, or at least agitated at the thought that he had somehow found his way back.
When Jing Yuan assured you that no repercussions would occur, especially with him. You seemed to believe him, seeing how it was prolong since the occurrence of his intimidating figure lingering everywhere you went.
You tried your best not to think about it- about him. How his eyes traced over you like a possession of fine jewels. How he lingered around you constantly through-out the day, never separating for more than an hour. The way your heart would race when he texted you, or even so much as looked your way, and you were beginning to conclude that it wasn't a race of flattery, but agitation.
Yet, you were tired and worn out from work, so despite all the reoccurring thoughts, it just made it somewhat easier to fall asleep. Soon enough, you were covered in your blankets, tossing and turning.
At around 2 in the morning, your thoughts began to run, even if you were in a dream state. They weren't dreams anymore, or not something you would consider dreams.
He was standing in front of you, hovering over your figure. His hand reaching out to caress your cheek and you swore you could feel his cold, frigid touch, you shivering against his touch. You could feel his eyes bore into you, him never leaving his gaze, once again. His crimson eyes relaxed yet when he looks at you, he can't help but stare with a lusted haze.
You jolted up from your bed in a cold sweat from the moment you had caressed your cheek. You could feel it, it wasn't just a dream. You swore something cold had brushed against your cheek, and it wasn't the wind; your window was locked shut, especially because of him- Blade.
You were about to reach for your phone to send a message to someone, anyone, but it buzzed before your hand even lifted. You were shaken, admittedly, but you took a peek at the unknown contact number.
You were...shocked by their response, to say the least.

You thought non of it, so as you were about to let the dreams corrupt your mind, you saw a misty shadow sticking right against the corner of your yes. You flinched, looking the both of your sides, sighing thinking nothing of it. You slept, in the dream.. it was cold.. you felt the cold breeze slam itself right against your skin sending goosebumps, the shadow appeared once again..? It’s soft, silky black hair tease the cold and brutal air, it’s figuer was silken.. you reached yourself in until your vision blurred out. When your vision woke up in your dreams, you were in shackles, lingering your eyes up to see who was holding the chains..? It was blade. “Curses.. you.. why are you now just here..” his crimson eyes piercing right through you, suddenly. A sharp jolt was stabbed in the crook of your neck, “a-arhg-!” Until you passed out once again, you just saw his disgusting smirk paint right across his face. You lifting yourself up, panting checking the time. Exact 1 in the morning. Calming yourself down you felt heavy. “Couldn’t sleep..~?” His voice was familiar.. like the average favorite villain.. “that voice.. blade..?” He chuckled. “My oh my..~ quiet the smart one aren’t you..?” Smokes started arousing your bed “you.. Oy get that disgusting smirk of your face..!” His shadow was finally cleared, “you can’t hide from me darling..” he then snapped his fingers, you.. woke up..? The sun was shimmering against your skin, letting itself right through the windows, it was 9 in the morning. Every night, it didn’t stop. Until when the week ended.. it ended..? Yet this one.. blade was real..? You thought it was another dream.. no.. you were chained right through his knuckles. “Missed me..~?”* WISH ME LUCK IN MY FINAL EXAMS AND MY CONCERT PLEASE ‼️

Waking up with a sense of fear and no idea why was nothing new for you and probably would be a problem however falling asleep was a bigger one.
If insomnia could be displayed or portrayed as a human it would look like you.
Hating the reason sleep exists and taking out your pills, you lay on your mattress praying to the gods to let you have a good night’s sleep in order to process the math equations your math professor, Mr Turner will ask you to answer if he catches you tired.
After a while of having a staring competition with the ceiling, you put on your earphones and put a random playlist on and god you knew it was good if it started with Usseewa by Ado.
Closing your eyes for the millionth time you feel yourself drift away slowly and slowly.
You wake up on a bed surely different that yours. You look beside you and see an unfamiliar man holding on your arm and resting his head on your shoulder.
Seeing him made you flinch but he still seemed in deep sleep. You start panicking, and thoughts spiral in your head as you see your surrounding.
The room was quite clearly a bedroom as it had a table that had some skin care products on it and near it was a mirror whose reflection you couldn’t see. There were photos on the wall but you couldn’t spare a moment when your heart stops and you immediately look back at that man when you hear a shaky voice mumble “Stop moving, please”
You stop moving your neck to look around, you stop looking anywhere else but at him, and you even stop breathing.
Your eyes opened wider than they already were as you see him chuckle and say with his voice more stable this time “Thank you”

Your gut feeling was telling you to leave, to run, and to not look back and as you had nothing you could rely on other than that you listen to it.
You slip out of his grip which took quite a while as his hands held your arm so tightly his nails probably made a mark and dug through it but taking his head off your shoulder was harder and almost impossible.
As you walk on tippy toes and close the door. You sprint in the hallways but having no idea of the directions of these confusingly never-ending hallways, you without any effort figure out you’re lost. You slow down your pace to understand you're surrounding as you observe these eerie, cold hallways.
The hallways had no source of light other than the luminous blue light coming from the reflections of these randomly placed mirrors. The ceilings were high and were high enough to fit two of you stacked on each other. After every one meter, there was a console table, in other words, an entryway table but there wasn’t any entry or door either however on the tables there were vases in many shapes; there was a bud vase, a rustic vase and even bouquet vase without a bouquet. Everything was blue, from the walls being light blue and the Wainscotting panelling being navy blue to the tables being royal blue and vases being made of glass and being a shade of blue similar to its surroundings.
You thank the gods that still kept him asleep even after you sneak out however you remember the fact you also prayed for a good night’s sleep and waking up with someone that has their nails dug through your arms isn’t exactly when you call a good night’s sleep so you take back your thank you.
As you take back your thank you back from the gods you hear footsteps, your heart this time can’t stop beating and your eyes catch a door a little far from where you are. You run and close the door behind yourself.
You hold your breath as you sit on the other side of the door telling the gods you’ll give them a thousand thank yous if they save you this time.
“ oh darling?” his voice echos.
“Where are you?” **wish I knew**
“Oh, so you want to play?” **No I kinda want to go home not play**
“This game is called the game of ‘hide and sneak’ isn’t it?” **he must have had an awfully boring childhood if he doesn’t know what hide and sneak is**
“Wow, I had no idea you’re quite the competitive one, so much so that you won’t even answer my questions” *Believe me man I had no idea how much my competitiveness with my unpolished hide and sneak skills is helping me out right now*
“I’ll play with you I guess but when I catch you…. You’re mine” his voice is too sicken sweet and the word mine can be heard even if you block your ears with your hands.
“I'm not complaining but darling I loved it when we snuggled up, I loved it when you gave me all your attention even though I was sleeping and I loved it even more at how you stared at me waiting for me to wake up just like how I wait for you to go to sleep so next time maybe before playing this ‘hide and sneak’ why not tell me in advance, I mean I was waiting for you to come back and I already wait for you a lot like 18, 20, or 22 hours or sometimes a day you know” **Green flag that he's straightforward about how he feels and even is trying to be considerate. Red flag that I woke up in his bed with him beside me, he's calling me darling and seems a bit creepy I mean what does he mean by waiting for me to sleep. . . is that how I got here cus he was waiting for to sleep to get me here**

“So tell me next time? okay darling?” you hear footsteps get further and further away. you pity the walls that will have to listen to his rambles.
You stand up and see that the door you entered is just another blue hallway. You walk and walk for what might feel like hours and it could be if you had a watch informing you that. By some miracle, there was a small little part in the middle of the never-ending hallway that seemed different than the rest. There were photos all in different frames and there was a console table below these unique sets of frames and photos. The blue glass bouquet vase had a bouquet in it this time. It too had blue flowers, some red poppies, and some daisies.
You get closer to the photos and notice the photos consisted of you but had him as well in every single one.
One of the photos had both of you in a forest and a memory pops into your mind. But it wasn’t a memory it was a nightmare.
Another photo had you and him at some balcony that had a setting of chairs, a table, and lights, it too brought back a nightmare or rather something worse.
The biggest photo had you and him smiling. It reminded you of how it first started and everything after; the reason for your insomnia, the reason you waking up with fear, and the reason why you couldn’t remember that all.
The huge revelation made you stumble causing the vase to shatter and the bouquet to fall.
“Darling?”
Upon hearing that taunting and sickening sweet voice made you run.
“You can’t run from me, darling…”
The hallways and maybe the gods graced you with stairs and no other choice.
You step up as quickly as you can but you slipped. Someone could say you quite literally slipped into his hand.
As you open your eyes it's too late.
He's above you but kneels down to inspect if you are badly hurt with his eyes.
“Found you didn’t I?”
“The shock on your face tells me so... Why are you so surprised? Did you think I couldn’t ever find you? Well I do have to say I’m quite surprised by my newfound talent in this ‘hide and sneak’”
“But do tell me, you remember our deal right? If I catch you… you’re mine”
He holds my hand with both of his hands and brings it up to his face, kissing it without hesitation as if he’s done it thousands of times.
“Finders keepers losers weepers……”

You wake up cursing the gods as if you did have a night’s sleep but not a good one.
There was like always this sense of fear when you woke up and here it was again and like always you can’t remember why.
Pulling yourself out you feel a slight burn on your arm. There seem to be nail marks digging in your skin and you plan to cut your nails hoping it won’t happen again. But it will.

I gasp, struggling for something to lean on. My hand brushing he stone wall as my vision seems to spin, as if the alley in front of me swirls onto itself.
I couldn’t take this anymore, but… I felt chills as I think of those eyes that crazed laugh that seems to always make me shudder. My jaw clenched as my legs push me deeper into the alley way, wobbling from left and to the right. It was practically a maze, no- I could see the end but it was just too far away.
My eyes dart from the right and then up as I let out a voice cracking scream, almost falling back when a hand snakes around my waist.
Fear
Fear rises in me as I already feel myself quivering.
His hot breath trails my neck as his hands grips harder. Pushing away, my hands save my fall. I craw while pushing my self up, his deep voice called my name with a hiss. Ignoring him I find my way out meeting a man.
I felt myself weaken while calling for help.
“W-What’s wrong, what’s someone like you doing out here so late?” The guard as his brow scrunching.
“I-I don’t have time.” I yelp gripping him, my hands turning pale as i clench my fist, “S-someone’s after me!”
“Ah, please you’ll have to calm d-“
My stomach drops as the mans eyes roll to the back of his head, as he leans forward… his two half’s seem to split letting me see the curves of his brain and muscle try to keep itself together. Through his splitting body was bright right eyes and a crazed grin that grew the longer I looked.
All I could hear was the man fall with a wet splat on the ground and my heart thumping, “There’s no need for that… Darling.” There was another swing of the sword making me flinch as the blood splattered on me.
He steps closer the taps of his heels sounding more like thuds that rattled my brain. “S-Stop” but it was only a pitiful cry. “Please… Stop!” He threw his head back in a laugh almost having to lean on the wall for help.
“Okay…” He lets out as his head pulls itself up, “I’ll stop, since you asked so… nicely”
My eyes widened shocked at the response, “W-what?” My nose scrunched as I take a slow step back but, in return he took a bigger step forward. “Ack ngh-“ i felt a stinging in my back, pulling myself from the ground before he grabs my throat, squeezing.
Hands shaking I claw at his hand while trying to kick his chest with what little strength I had. I could feel myself gasping for air as his red eyes swirled with excitement.

Always... telling me that I can never run from him and he would catch up eventually." Dan Heng stays silent, almost recalling a similar dream except his former friend would be killing him instead.
Dan Heng pats your shoulder awkwardly, trying to ease your tensed shoulders from contact. "You have us, the Astral Express." His way of comforting was him doing his best as he wasn't well versed in comforting people other than silent quality time. "...Thank you." You hummed, grateful he was a silent ear to your fearful thoughts.
You stared out the windows of the Astral Express- The luofu's impressive buildings donning above as a shiver running down your spine. The second you believed you saw a pair of red eyes staring back at you hauntingly.
