Fir skype, If its not marked RED ‼️, then it's not mandatory...unless you have, then fill it. Mailing information is where you would like your documents sent in the event they have to send anything via courier. If you are abroad, use your current company's (given mailing adress)..then one you would typically use for Amazon 😏
