Rohtang pass to 15th November Tak band ho jayega. And Atal tunnel Sissu side ke liye live snowfall me 4x4 vehicles ko hu allow karte hai bas.

Hi beautiful video! We are visiting Manali in November 3rd week. Was planning a short trip to sissu and koksar on bike. Do you think it is possible for bike rides or should I hire a 4x4 taxi. What is you predection?
In November 3rd week, you can easily ride a bike to Atal tunnel Sissu. There will be no issue. But only in case of live snowfall, only 4x4 vehicles will be allowed.

This totally depends on weather. In case of live snowfall, only 4x4 vehicles will be allowed towards Atal Tunnel.

It’s totally depend on the weather on 29th. Agar snow zada nahi hui Rohtang me to definitely open rahega. Plan krne se phle Rohtang permit ki website pr jakr check kar sakte hai.

That time you can see snow at Rohtang pass but Rohtang pass will be closed by 15th November. After that you can see snow at Atal Tunnel Sissu side and koksar.
