do you have any suggestions (or a video you could point me to) about determining some small but consistent action steps to get closer to your goals? i have some overall goal ideas but I struggle to come up with the action steps and then I can't figure out how to map out my 30 days.

Hi Mary! Thank you for watching! It can definitely be challenging to determine those smaller action steps. I share more of an example of the Action Steps in this video: czcams.com/video/bcvfzKUx6pg/video.html I will also say that you can think about where you want to be in 30 days on your overall goals and then reverse-engineer the steps to get there starting from Day 30 and work your way down to Day 0.
If it is challenging to think of the action steps for the full 30 days, just decide what to do today and then once you complete a task today, decide what you will do tomorrow and continue like there where you are planning your action steps a day before rather than creating the full action plan in one go.
Also, we are going to spend some time on 30 day action planning in my workshop Comeback Year, so definitely consider enrolling if you haven't already for some more guidance and Q&A!
