    I need a clarification.
Even without adding water, many times rice turns sour wnd slightly watery ... And tastes clearly fermented.
I have even tasted and eaten such rice. But people say that is spoilt, food poisonous, and due to harmful Bacillus bacteria !!
I really want to know if that is harmful. Is it different from the same rice soaked in water which is also sour, fermented.
I may not be an expert, but I somehow feel the rice I have eaten, without soaking in water also tastes healthy and probiotic. Of course, we have to bear the smell...
    For your opinions, friends. 😊😊

On the previous day's afternoon, should we start by cooking the rice completely plain, or is it best to add salt, oil/ghee, or other spices to it while cooking it, to help it ferment afterward? Also, is it more B-12 rich to use brown rice?
