Biden has issued several executive orders SPECIFICALLY for African Americans. Look up Biden EOs on equity and actually read them past the title. There are many provisions for African Americans specifically, including significantly increasing the Federal contracting dollars going to Black businesses.
Because evil white people would fight the bill in court and call it racist .... like they did with Harvard and Affirmative Action. Or maybe how they actively fight against civil rights and voting rights. Why should we be on her neck for what Judges decide when lawyers fight for us on these bills?

I think that is great question that needs to be addressed bc my family and i have had to rely on food Pantry's at the moment because we had to scrounge up the money to pay our house payment and electricity bill. My mother had to take early retirement due to battling colon cancer during these past 4 years and i am battling health issues as well and am told im looking at 4 different surgeries and im unable to work because of it so were scraping by with the bare minimum. It's a hard pill to swallow having to go and ask for food to survive when we shouldn't have to but companies are price gouging and its becoming difficult just to get by month to month. So yes why are we sending all of this money to other countries when our own country is in need. But all politicians will tell you what you want to hear to get that vote secured. Kamala Harris and the higher ups dont have to worry about being homeless and hungry when taxpayers are paying their room and board and paying their personal chefs to cook good healthy food for them. We are nothing but pee ons to them.
