Do you know which kind of plastic it is? Every plastic has different components so it can be dangerous. It can catch on fire or almost like “explode”. So good to know. Can also ruin the gun.

In Hindi there's a proverb, "Chaar aane ki Murgi aur Barah Aane ka Masala" It means to obtain something small you have spent so much, the plastic bottles as fuel and tin as mould was ok but heating it in this electric heater will consume a lot of electricity, simply buy one and use it, it costs only 10-15 Rs per per stick and if you buy it in bulk if you require more, it would be cost effective, plus by cutting and rolling the tin your hand may also get cut.
from this more easy way
STEP 1.cut that bottles or plastic piece
STEP 2.then,boil water put a steel plate up of water
STEP 3.put that cutted piece on that steel plate
STEP 4.then, after some time the plastic piece will melt
STEP 5.then, roll your glue gun stick shape with Colgate cover
STEP 6.put the melt plastic into Colgate tube
wait for dry
STEP 7.then remove the Colgate cover
glue gun stick is ready for u
