I got Robin because I wanted a 2nd limited harmony. Now with her and Sparkle I have all the limited harmonies I need, and can focus on getting some much needed lightning, imaginary, and wind coverage.

As a E1S1 Ruan mei user, she’s my most used and broken character of my account (I’m a E2S1 dhil/E1S1 Acheron owner btw) Slow mei is so broken for farming calyx, 0-1 cycle clear in moc and best support in pure fiction

I dont have adventurine but i do love follow up attacks.. so i try to pull for bove Robin and Topass, and maybe after that their light cone. But i am still building my jingliu to max trace and decent relic, so i dont know when i get to even build these 2.
Gotta say that Robin looks strong, but she's a hard skip for me... I don't like the ultimate song. I also did a few pulls though since I also want e6 Xueyi, but no dice. Hope we can both get a random Xueyi or two eventually!
I’m saving for Ruan Mei but at the same time man idk if I need her now with Imaginary TB being super good. I’m def gonna pull for Huohuo next patch though I need a better healer.
Ruan Mei is basically the best pair for TB, so while not strictly necessary if you only want one break support, if you want to make a godlike super break team, you'll still want her.
I hear people saying that firefly is not an amazinz dps like she focus on breaking damage for the most,like hi ero to understand. I hope that’s not true or I need to pull for topaz to get a good fire dps
I only had a e1 Xyuei and was going to skip Robin. But seeing how much HarmonyTB and Xyuei synergize well made me want edilons so I said. Well I have 75 pulls saved. I can just pull 30 or 40 and get an edilon and maybe I'll get lucky and get Robin. Lol I pulled 30 and got 1 Xyuei... also got a Resolution Pearls of Sweet LC which I did not have yet for my Pela. So that all felt worth it. THEN I said. I'm going to pull 10 more as single pulls and see what I get. On my 4th pull (34 total) I got Robin! Lol. What luck! Winning the 50/50 in under 40 pulls was awesome.
This is a completely valid take. I vertically invest in my characters as well. I'd rather have a smaller, stronger roster than a bunch of E0S0 characters that I have to worry about building with relics and materials. I skipped Sparkle and now Robin because I know there will be more universal and more powerful characters in the future.
Lol 5 star armony Made any DPS strong. I'm sure a 5 start DPS E2 with 5 Star support E0 will do less damage than same DPS E0 but the armony E2. That show how the broke are the Armony
Yeah, you don't want to do that unless you're equally happy with either result. If you're pulling on a character that you don't want, you should just hold on to the tickets, there's no benefit to pulling in advance.
Vertical investmet is for dolphin. I cleared with 1 cicly floor 12 moc 2.1 using Kafka E0S0 Black Swan E0S0 Ruan Mei E1S0 Acheron E0S1. And 5 cycles part 2 moc 12 using Jingliu E0S1 Robin E0S0 Tingyun E6 Loucha E0S0.
it's just for flex/skill issue really. the game is not balanced around stuff like e2s1 acheron, e1 robin, etc etc. in the end, no one gives a crap if it took you 9 cycles to clear moc with e0 clara or if you did it in 0 with e6s5 acheron ppl should just pull for who they like, its not that hard to build a team
@@xorphz yeah but that E6S5 easy can be others 10 promotional characters five stars, 5 if you lost all the 50/50. Mora Characters made you do more teams. For Whale is ok for them get E6, the problem is when a F2P save a tons jades for a E6 , skiping a lot good characters.
I pulled for Topaz. Some guy said that was 100% wrong. 😐 My thoughts about pulling Topaz instead of Robin: I have Ruan Mei. At E0S0 but definitely good. Normally I would choose Ruan Mei over Robin, she’d only be used in FUA team. I have a fully leveled Clara and want her to be the center of a FUA team, but given her reactive playstyle, a support wouldn’t help with damage dealing. Topaz does. (My team would be Clara, Topaz, Tingyun, Lynx. And with Topaz I now have all 4.) Topaz is on her rerun, Robin isn’t. After this, Topaz probably won’t appear again soon. Robin likely will, so I get another chance at Robin. Also, last but not least, Topaz is hot. 😎 Don’t get me wrong, Robin is pretty, but not hot. My opinion anyway. I just hope I can scrounge up enough Jades to pull Firefly or Jade. I had 106 pulls for Topaz, used 100. 😭
I might skip Firefly for Jade. I really want that Mc + Firefly team but I just find Jade's multi target basic attack and her leaked animations so good. Plus Firefly will probably rerun sooner than her (which ik is a bad reason but yh)
Trace farming is the primary reason I'm not worried about Robin. She's strong but I already have Ruan Mei, Sparkle, and now HMC built. Plus I have a lot of other characters unbuilt that I would rather finish before worrying about adding any new ones to the roster. I play Acheron, Follow-up, and now Break. I don't need to be swimming in supports anymore. Also...this might be blasphemy to some people but I am perfectly content with Silver Wolf taking my flex spot in follow-up teams.
Oh, one interesting thing with people putting robin in Follow-Up teams most follow uppers dont care for extra turns... it just reduces their buffs... Does Clara want another turn? no, aventurine? no not really... the Hunt follow up attacks ratio and topaz can use them at least, but it feels like people say "oh shes for follow up attackers" yet she really only works with the dual hunt dps of ratio topaz (That already worked together) it isnt that she is bad, she still gives attack ,and aventurine can get a skillpoint for the team... but idk, maybe im just cope-ing because I dont want to pull her

I have telling people on Discord or the subreddit this but they are just hard set on "Great for FUP teams" because they read her kit backwards or half heard what their youtuber "friend" who told them what they want to hear. When the CCs say "She gets more energy from team attacks, so she will work great with FUP team", or "FUP team is her best team" it means ROBIN will work better if she has a FUP team around her. Robin needs FUP team more than the FUP team needs her. In exchange she gives FUP team a minor CDMG boost. The FUP team is based on the principle of not needing turns and acting outside of their own turns, so Robin is literally not bringing anything more than what Ruan already does. The current team of Top-Rat-Urine-Mei all E0S0 can already clear MoC with 3-4 cycles. Robin is only good at making 0-cycling showcases easier for youtubers making "I made Arlan 0-cycle MoC 12 😎" type videos because she gives them a crutch of whole extra cycle to do so.

Show me showcases where she is better than say Ruan in any team, let alone FUP. Both teams clear in exactly same cycles, unless you are running 0-cycle no-sustain hyperspeed comp, then Ruan clears in 1 and Robin in 0. Just tell me you are a super simp for Robin, and trying to get validation for your choices, that is less embarassing to admit. It's OK.
I pulled Robin because I loved her design ( I had to open my wallet sadly) but tbh Robin underwhelmed me at first. I guess I had too high expectations since I thought getting my first 5 star Harmony (other than Bronya who I don't like so I she's completely unbuilt) would make my account exponentially better. On one hand I kinda regret putting for a character I was let down by but on the other hand now I get to stare at her when I play and It's motivated me to properly build my characters now that I know for certain my problems come from within my account and not from the characters I don't have.
Oh and I don't regret that I have an e6 Xueyi now! Another character who's design I fell in love with at first sight. *^^* She makes me a little less sad about my poor financial choices..
She does. When you can leverage everything her kit offers she’s flat out better than RM in anything but break. Leveraging everything she offers isn’t easy for the average player. It’s why most mention FuA. It’s easier for that archetype to get the most out of her. Outside of FuA your teams need to have a decent chunk of investment to feel her effects (when compared to Bronya). And high investment to outcompete RM. If you’ve mostly played hypercarry then you should just keep using bronya until you can get sparkle.
It's interesting to hear someone say that they were disappointed in Robin's power level. Most of the comments online are either "I pulled her by accident and I'm happy," or, "I'm so happy I got her." Thanks for leaving this comment :) As someone who likes to brute force everything, I have all the DPS characters in the world (Seele, DHIL, Kafka, Acheron, Jingliu and now Topaz.... Also wanting Firefly lol). So I'll have to full on resist the temptation pulls for Robin to get Fu Xuan and Ruan Mei on her rerun
I got Robin to cope with the fact that I skipped Sparkle. Actually wanted to e1 her but lost the 50/50 to Bronya on top of getting them at 80+ pity each
I used the same logic (F2P weapon for character as a bonus) to commit a fully hard pity to Albedo back in the day. Learned my lesson not to do that again XD
For the comment at 11:09 about vertical investment I will have to disagree with them. This is a flawed/incomplete view of the game. You never "need" specific units. Your account wants 2 built teams. The game does want you to grab limited characters and does make limited characters seem appealing for specific situations. But it never requires you to have a specific unit. For example Pure Fiction's best units are herta and Himeko. Both are non limited characters. You could argue "well there was no limited Euroditian characters till jade was announced. We'll ignore Jing Yuan for the moment. So how about the new apocolyptic shadow perma mode? You'd think Boothill would be "required" in this mindset. But in reality because it's a just a boss any hyper carry setup will also be good. This mindset is stuck believing pulls will save their account/fix problems. It "can" if your account is lacking in some area. Easy example being Harmony units. You can absolutely blast most content with Bronya and Tingyun. But getting limited 5's will be helpful for a second team. Similarly Gepard is good even in stuff like golden gears. But you'll want a second preservation character. I don't think Vertical investment is "hard" for people who don't spend a lot on the game. I just think said investment is hard to follow since people don't really put that much thought into how to make their account better. I am a light spender myself (only bought a few of the trailblaze BP's and the login pass a few times) and I've completed all content the game has to offer. If I optimized my teams better I could probably full clear MoC/PF with a little rng involved. My only Harmony units are E1S1 Bronya (which I only got recently) and a barely built Tingyun. Limited wise I have Silver wolf E0S0 no event LC, Kafka E0S0, Fu Xuan E0S1, Jing Liu E0S0, Acheron E0S1, and Aventurine E0S0. If your goal is only ever to complete content then you don't need to put much thought into pulls. You just need to know what stats/substats are best for your unit (don't even worry about set piece effect) and the best LC you can get your hands on for them. I think what people get tripped up on is thinking slapping a character into a team is going to produce results. You actually need to do a bit more than that.
I think Robin is FUA PF buffer where topaz is FUA MOC buffer. we have free Ratio and Herta so If you have Aventurne, JAde, Robin, Topaz it is gg for both PF and MOC. ofc you can use alternatives but thats the premuim

I’m F2P, I started during Acheron banner and I won 50/50 on Aventurine Topaz and Robin. Robin is so absolutely gigabusted it’s unreal. Because of her I went from like stage 8 MoC to stage 12 33/36 stars. I run Acheron on second half and she was hard carrying me. No longer. My FuA team is so insane, Robins damage has been absolutely insane. I cleared all of Swarm disaster and I’m cruising through golden gears. She’s absolutely cracked for follow up and I love her.

Every time either of us pull now we do it on discord for good luck. I hit Acheron at 74, her LC at 57, Aventurine at 73, Robin at 48, and Topaz at 74. 2 pulls at soft pity and 3 below pity, with a 5-0 50/50 record. My brother on the other hand has only won 2 50/50s lmao. Needless to say he’s pissed. The timing of when I started is OP too, right at the start of the power creep meta with Acheron. I got a free Dr. Ratio, tons of free pulls because of the anniversary, the best sustain in the game who works well not only with Acheron but FuA team too, the introduction of Robin who’s the best with FuA considering I don’t have any other limited harmony and Acheron needs nihility units. It’s actually so lucky, my heart goes out to those who started at the beginning and had to struggle and grind lol.
Yeah def don't need Robin if A: you're not building a FuA team, B: you're building FuA but don't need Ruan Mei in a DoT team. I think E0S0 Robin actually does buff FuA team very slightly more than E1S1 Ruan Mei. Ruan Mei's Damage % Increase is almost double Robin's (50% vs 92% including LC bonus), but Robin gives ~1000 ATK and 45% Crit Damage to that team, plus the Advance Forward is a DPS increase. Ruan Mei gives slightly more QoL with her speed increase for the team, being more SP positive, and her signature LC energy regen for allies. Using Carve the Moon also boosts Robin's buffing and FuA team benefits from all the stats it can give, also if you're using Robin with Clara Planetary Rendezvous is insanely good on her. Also have to factor in that Robin's personal damage is like 10x that of Ruan Mei's.
I feel that robin is necessary for lower damage character in pure fiction such as herta and himeko.it's quite saddening that I didn't manage to get her. I lost pity to clara :,( and am currently at 30 pity.
Sadly skipping Robin as well. There's a lot to like about this character but I have SO many options for support right now. I would like her but I don't need her. I'd rather pull for Fu Xuan who I lost the 50/50 on last time around.
Reason I’m skipping her because I do not have a follow up team now I can use my dot team. I literally have every dot character ever!! and I also have.Huo huo but I don’t think Robin is worth it right now since we’re in break meta and she seems to be less when it comes to speeding up characters because with sparkle and Bron they can speed up a character twice or three times. Yes it’s only one character in the cycle, but like to charge up robins ultimate seems like a bit while. Weird when you don’t have skill points. She’s ok and I have none of my follow-up characters built, it’s kind of just weird. She’s better off in a follow up team. 100/100 if you have one get her I’m making a brake team and I want boothill she’s ok
I mean the main selling point of tingyun is her energy battery and her ability to 1st turn ultimate so not using meshing cogs or dance dance dance is kinda bad. the extra attack bonus is just the cherry on top

In FuA team Robin work same or better than Ruan Mei ,i have Ruan Mei E1S0 and i got Robin E0S0, and i used Herta Himeko Robin Tingyun un floor 4 in Pure Fiction and i got the 40k easy and now mi Ruan Mei is free for the other team. Too i choice Robin for pair her with Jade when she come. I don't have Topaz or Aventurine and i'm not planning get them.

Robin is pretty neat, kitwise I like her looks her character is pretty decent too but she sings during her ult, ruining the battle music which is 10/10 for me, so 0/10 for me actually wanting to use her I say this before watching it all, and tbh I dont have ruan mei either, because I dislike her personality/character Edit: the Battle Music is so good I have it saved to my phone and listen to it when not playing, and I have it modded into another game I play "Starsector"

@RaidenDisNots Is one of your teams Acheron? You can actually use Sparkle+SW even at E0. Here's why, you still get 115% damage bonus. You lose 45% but you get more than that from Sparkle+action forward and sp. The negative is abit less stacks really but Aventurine can help with this. That said I do get why people want to use SW+Pela that's what I'm going to use. And Ruan Mei on a Firefly team. So if I get Sparkle, it would have to be for a dps unit that's clearly better than Firefly that needs Sparkle over Ruan Mei. Hmm, I do see your point. But you can do it if you really wanted to.
Honestly if you don’t have Topaz she isn’t worth pulling. In fact, if you don’t have Topaz then pull Topaz instead as she is more important for follow-up teams than Robin.

I started in 2nd half of 2.0. Whaled every banner (sig lc for everyone, except Luocha, acheron e6, aventurine e2, jingliu e1). I’m skipping robin and topaz for 3 reasons; 1. Honestly, dont like em (topaz is hunt, she got a nice ass tho, robin doesnt stfu about her music in the storyline, also that ult song annoying af). 2. Need to farm the remainder of trace mats, then get everyone to lv80. Then i can heavily focus on further optimising my relics. 3. 2.3 has Firefly and jade.
I tried my friend’s Robin in full FUA team and came to surprising conclusion… that I like Ruan Mei more, even here Getting energy is so hard, even with all these follow up attacks, for the first time I’ve encountered SP problems in FUA team, Ratio doesn’t have enough debuffs because none of my characters have S1 or E1 Ruan Mei is just so easy to use, she is SP positive, fast weakness break feels amazing, res pen is very nice too. I don’t know, I really like Robin as a character, but I guess I have to skip. Because I don’t like how she plays, like at all, which is sad

Depends if you have a FUA team invested. If you have You can try to get her. If you don't have FUA RM might be a better choice

I only had a e1 Xyuei and was going to skip Robin. But seeing how much HarmonyTB and Xyuei synergize well made me want edilons so I said. Well I have 75 pulls saved. I can just pull 30 or 40 and get an edilon and maybe I'll get lucky and get Robin. Lol I pulled 30 and got 1 Xyuei... also got a Resolution Pearls of Sweet LC which I did not have yet for my Pela. So that all felt worth it. THEN I said. I'm going to pull 10 more as single pulls and see what I get. On my 4th pull (34 total) I got Robin! Lol. What luck! Winning the 50/50 in under 40 pulls was awesome.
I got no 5 star gatcha harmony characters so I pulled her lol. Found it funny that she sings in the middle of battle
This is a completely valid take. I vertically invest in my characters as well. I'd rather have a smaller, stronger roster than a bunch of E0S0 characters that I have to worry about building with relics and materials. I skipped Sparkle and now Robin because I know there will be more universal and more powerful characters in the future.

Yeah, you don't want to do that unless you're equally happy with either result. If you're pulling on a character that you don't want, you should just hold on to the tickets, there's no benefit to pulling in advance.

it's just for flex/skill issue really. the game is not balanced around stuff like e2s1 acheron, e1 robin, etc etc. in the end, no one gives a crap if it took you 9 cycles to clear moc with e0 clara or if you did it in 0 with e6s5 acheron

My thoughts about pulling Topaz instead of Robin:
I have Ruan Mei. At E0S0 but definitely good. Normally I would choose Ruan Mei over Robin, she’d only be used in FUA team.
I have a fully leveled Clara and want her to be the center of a FUA team, but given her reactive playstyle, a support wouldn’t help with damage dealing. Topaz does. (My team would be Clara, Topaz, Tingyun, Lynx. And with Topaz I now have all 4.)
Topaz is on her rerun, Robin isn’t. After this, Topaz probably won’t appear again soon. Robin likely will, so I get another chance at Robin.
Also, last but not least, Topaz is hot. 😎 Don’t get me wrong, Robin is pretty, but not hot. My opinion anyway.
I just hope I can scrounge up enough Jades to pull Firefly or Jade. I had 106 pulls for Topaz, used 100. 😭

I might skip Firefly for Jade. I really want that Mc + Firefly team but I just find Jade's multi target basic attack and her leaked animations so good. Plus Firefly will probably rerun sooner than her (which ik is a bad reason but yh)
You don't need Robin if you down ever use a follow up team. If you really like Xueyi though then Robin is kinda essential from a meta perspective.

Trace farming is the primary reason I'm not worried about Robin. She's strong but I already have Ruan Mei, Sparkle, and now HMC built. Plus I have a lot of other characters unbuilt that I would rather finish before worrying about adding any new ones to the roster.
I play Acheron, Follow-up, and now Break. I don't need to be swimming in supports anymore. Also...this might be blasphemy to some people but I am perfectly content with Silver Wolf taking my flex spot in follow-up teams.

Does Clara want another turn? no, aventurine? no not really... the Hunt follow up attacks ratio and topaz can use them at least, but it feels like people say "oh shes for follow up attackers" yet she really only works with the dual hunt dps of ratio topaz (That already worked together)
it isnt that she is bad, she still gives attack ,and aventurine can get a skillpoint for the team... but idk, maybe im just cope-ing because I dont want to pull her
F*cking thank you! I have telling people on Discord or the subreddit this but they are just hard set on "Great for FUP teams" because they read her kit backwards or half heard what their youtuber "friend" who told them what they want to hear.
When the CCs say "She gets more energy from team attacks, so she will work great with FUP team", or "FUP team is her best team" it means ROBIN will work better if she has a FUP team around her. Robin needs FUP team more than the FUP team needs her. In exchange she gives FUP team a minor CDMG boost.
The FUP team is based on the principle of not needing turns and acting outside of their own turns, so Robin is literally not bringing anything more than what Ruan already does.
The current team of Top-Rat-Urine-Mei all E0S0 can already clear MoC with 3-4 cycles.
Robin is only good at making 0-cycling showcases easier for youtubers making "I made Arlan 0-cycle MoC 12 😎" type videos because she gives them a crutch of whole extra cycle to do so.

She is *not* BiS for FUP teams and that is a fact. Show me showcases where she is better than say Ruan in any team, let alone FUP.
Both teams clear in exactly same cycles, unless you are running 0-cycle no-sustain hyperspeed comp, then Ruan clears in 1 and Robin in 0.

I pulled Robin because I loved her design ( I had to open my wallet sadly) but tbh Robin underwhelmed me at first. I guess I had too high expectations since I thought getting my first 5 star Harmony (other than Bronya who I don't like so I she's completely unbuilt) would make my account exponentially better. On one hand I kinda regret putting for a character I was let down by but on the other hand now I get to stare at her when I play and It's motivated me to properly build my characters now that I know for certain my problems come from within my account and not from the characters I don't have.
Oh and I don't regret that I have an e6 Xueyi now! Another character who's design I fell in love with at first sight. *^^* She makes me a little less sad about my poor financial choices..
Well it always depends on teammates the other harmonies are better for teamcomps

She does. When you can leverage everything her kit offers she’s flat out better than RM in anything but break.
Leveraging everything she offers isn’t easy for the average player. It’s why most mention FuA. It’s easier for that archetype to get the most out of her.
Outside of FuA your teams need to have a decent chunk of investment to feel her effects (when compared to Bronya). And high investment to outcompete RM.
If you’ve mostly played hypercarry then you should just keep using bronya until you can get sparkle.

As someone who likes to brute force everything, I have all the DPS characters in the world (Seele, DHIL, Kafka, Acheron, Jingliu and now Topaz.... Also wanting Firefly lol). So I'll have to full on resist the temptation pulls for Robin to get Fu Xuan and Ruan Mei on her rerun

For the comment at 11:09 about vertical investment I will have to disagree with them. This is a flawed/incomplete view of the game. You never "need" specific units. Your account wants 2 built teams. The game does want you to grab limited characters and does make limited characters seem appealing for specific situations. But it never requires you to have a specific unit. For example Pure Fiction's best units are herta and Himeko. Both are non limited characters. You could argue "well there was no limited Euroditian characters till jade was announced.
We'll ignore Jing Yuan for the moment. So how about the new apocolyptic shadow perma mode? You'd think Boothill would be "required" in this mindset. But in reality because it's a just a boss any hyper carry setup will also be good. This mindset is stuck believing pulls will save their account/fix problems. It "can" if your account is lacking in some area. Easy example being Harmony units. You can absolutely blast most content with Bronya and Tingyun. But getting limited 5's will be helpful for a second team. Similarly Gepard is good even in stuff like golden gears. But you'll want a second preservation character.
I don't think Vertical investment is "hard" for people who don't spend a lot on the game. I just think said investment is hard to follow since people don't really put that much thought into how to make their account better. I am a light spender myself (only bought a few of the trailblaze BP's and the login pass a few times) and I've completed all content the game has to offer. If I optimized my teams better I could probably full clear MoC/PF with a little rng involved.
My only Harmony units are E1S1 Bronya (which I only got recently) and a barely built Tingyun. Limited wise I have Silver wolf E0S0 no event LC, Kafka E0S0, Fu Xuan E0S1, Jing Liu E0S0, Acheron E0S1, and Aventurine E0S0. If your goal is only ever to complete content then you don't need to put much thought into pulls. You just need to know what stats/substats are best for your unit (don't even worry about set piece effect) and the best LC you can get your hands on for them. I think what people get tripped up on is thinking slapping a character into a team is going to produce results.
You actually need to do a bit more than that.
I think Robin is FUA PF buffer where topaz is FUA MOC buffer.

I’m F2P, I started during Acheron banner and I won 50/50 on Aventurine Topaz and Robin. Robin is so absolutely gigabusted it’s unreal. Because of her I went from like stage 8 MoC to stage 12 33/36 stars. I run Acheron on second half and she was hard carrying me. No longer. My FuA team is so insane, Robins damage has been absolutely insane. I cleared all of Swarm disaster and I’m cruising through golden gears. She’s absolutely cracked for follow up and I love her.

I hit Acheron at 74, her LC at 57, Aventurine at 73, Robin at 48, and Topaz at 74. 2 pulls at soft pity and 3 below pity, with a 5-0 50/50 record. My brother on the other hand has only won 2 50/50s lmao. Needless to say he’s pissed.
The timing of when I started is OP too, right at the start of the power creep meta with Acheron. I got a free Dr. Ratio, tons of free pulls because of the anniversary, the best sustain in the game who works well not only with Acheron but FuA team too, the introduction of Robin who’s the best with FuA considering I don’t have any other limited harmony and Acheron needs nihility units. It’s actually so lucky, my heart goes out to those who started at the beginning and had to struggle and grind lol.

Yeah def don't need Robin if A: you're not building a FuA team, B: you're building FuA but don't need Ruan Mei in a DoT team. I think E0S0 Robin actually does buff FuA team very slightly more than E1S1 Ruan Mei. Ruan Mei's Damage % Increase is almost double Robin's (50% vs 92% including LC bonus), but Robin gives ~1000 ATK and 45% Crit Damage to that team, plus the Advance Forward is a DPS increase. Ruan Mei gives slightly more QoL with her speed increase for the team, being more SP positive, and her signature LC energy regen for allies. Using Carve the Moon also boosts Robin's buffing and FuA team benefits from all the stats it can give, also if you're using Robin with Clara Planetary Rendezvous is insanely good on her. Also have to factor in that Robin's personal damage is like 10x that of Ruan Mei's.
I feel that robin is necessary for lower damage character in pure fiction such as herta and himeko.it's quite saddening that I didn't manage to get her. I lost pity to clara :,( and am currently at 30 pity.
Nah I'd argue that for Herta Himeko you need RM bc of break efficiency. Add RM to a team comp and it's ggs.

Reason I’m skipping her because I do not have a follow up team now I can use my dot team. I literally have every dot character ever!! and I also have.Huo huo but I don’t think Robin is worth it right now since we’re in break meta and she seems to be less when it comes to speeding up characters because with sparkle and Bron they can speed up a character twice or three times. Yes it’s only one character in the cycle, but like to charge up robins ultimate seems like a bit while. Weird when you don’t have skill points. She’s ok and I have none of my follow-up characters built, it’s kind of just weird. She’s better off in a follow up team. 100/100 if you have one get her I’m making a brake team and I want boothill she’s ok
She's pretty good on a dot team too though. But if you have sparkle, bronya, and ruan mei it's hard to fit her in unless you're trying to 0 cycle

@RaidenDisNots Is one of your teams Acheron? You can actually use Sparkle+SW even at E0. Here's why, you still get 115% damage bonus. You lose 45% but you get more than that from Sparkle+action forward and sp. The negative is abit less stacks really but Aventurine can help with this.
That said I do get why people want to use SW+Pela that's what I'm going to use. And Ruan Mei on a Firefly team. So if I get Sparkle, it would have to be for a dps unit that's clearly better than Firefly that needs Sparkle over Ruan Mei.

I started in 2nd half of 2.0. Whaled every banner (sig lc for everyone, except Luocha, acheron e6, aventurine e2, jingliu e1).
I’m skipping robin and topaz for 3 reasons;
1. Honestly, dont like em (topaz is hunt, she got a nice ass tho, robin doesnt stfu about her music in the storyline, also that ult song annoying af).
2. Need to farm the remainder of trace mats, then get everyone to lv80. Then i can heavily focus on further optimising my relics.
3. 2.3 has Firefly and jade.

Getting energy is so hard, even with all these follow up attacks, for the first time I’ve encountered SP problems in FUA team, Ratio doesn’t have enough debuffs because none of my characters have S1 or E1
Ruan Mei is just so easy to use, she is SP positive, fast weakness break feels amazing, res pen is very nice too. I don’t know, I really like Robin as a character, but I guess I have to skip. Because I don’t like how she plays, like at all, which is sad
