    $15,500 an acre is INSANE

      @chfar072281 Před 3 lety +1

      The price will probably come down to around 7-9,000 an acre excluding any mineral rights. They are feeling the market out for potential developers. That is why they went public with it. It would have never hit the open market if it was a serious seller. If it was this is how it would have unfolded, #1 contract, #2 $500,000 in earnest money that goes hard after 90 day feasibility. #3 buyer closes in 90 days.

      Ya that price is insulting, my family owns a large ranch so I know land prices fairly well and that is just crazy

      @@chfar072281 Even $7-9k an acre should be considered ridiculous for a ranch of this size. Unfortunately, only real estate developers and speculators can justify those outrageous prices, because they come in and destroy these rare properties by chopping them up into hundreds, if not thousands, of small homesites for $50-150k+ an acre. Over the last 20-30 years, large acre ranchland around Central Texas has become completely unaffordable for all but the very wealthy.

    The tree hugging green new deal regulations are kicking in and it has ranches all over the country trying to sell. They cannot make a profit due to all the environmental regulations being imposed on them. How does a 10k plus acre cattle ranch profit with only 1k cows and a little bit of hay production on it? Someone please explain it to me.

Or to feed the war machine protecting the drug fields. Or how about the 60 plus million per DAY to NASA who forgot how to get to the moon. Yes they actually said "we no longer have the technology" when asked if we will go BACK to the moon. As if we were ever there.

      Oh shut the hell up, Mexican settlers fought side by side American settlers to free Texas from Mexico and they all became Texans and that land shortly before Whites and Mexicans arrived was owned by the Payaya Tribe, they were driven out not by Mexicans or Whites but by the ever expanding Comanche Nation who were basically building a de facto little empire like the Mongol Horsemen, in another time and place, before Whites or Mexicans moved into the region. You SJW's constantly are attacking and destroying history so no wonder you do not know a damn thing about actual history.
