@@BarrieCrampton In my limited experience of life so far any organisation, company, outfit or team takes their lead on integrity from their leader/boss/manager and it certainly sounds like that is the case in your blog.
I'm really sorry you went through that but I bet it motivated you to be a good leader/manager/boss and look after your customers.

Im about to buy this car this week or something, audi a6 allroad 3.0 245 HP tdi 2011. The car has gone like 16 000 miles, is there something special i should be watching out for ? And how far can you go on one full gastank?

I can agree with Audi dealers! well.....the level of service gnerally among Porsche, BMW, Merc is terrible. In the 80s and 90s you felt special and valued...not anymore....sad
