Courts should never hear cases involving accusations of either rape or sexual assault, 6 months or farther in the past, with out hard core evidence. This he said/she said stuff needs to be thrown out.
Actually, courts have a statute of limitations on this stuff.
They aren't supposed to be hearing this case at all but the legislature of New York passed a law specifically to allow her to bring this case to court.
