I like the one that comes with air and hot water.
    However, all are very nice

I like 2, 3 4 but water and power backup would be a must have for me the appliances and AC would be fine for me to provide as long as I can take it when I leave

In order of ranking, all of the are aesthetically pleasing. #2/Manet would be my choice. #4 Haatso is a distance. #1 Adenta is in the top two. You had wonderful choices that were brand new.

They all seem livable really, either one will work. Question, what steps did you take to acquire these viewings? I've heard that hunting for appartments in Accra is a nightmare because of the agents. How has your experience been?

I like the 2 one. If you put in a generator. Don't forget to take it when you leaving.

I liked #2 but they didn’t allow generator so I did not choose that one.

I like the first one. The only part is you got to buy hot water heater and air conditioning. I think you'll probably go with number four. Another great video! Thanks for sharing

I'll choose the one with hot water, AC & dish washer.
I wouldn't worry about the back up generator.
    That's just me 😅
