“I’m interested in getting a module”. I am really grateful for the time and energy you put in your channel. Thanks to you I finally found the energy to start experimenting myself. Keep up the good work. It’s greatly appreciated!
I would very much appreciate a tutorial on doing the pcb design for eurorack style projects. There seem to be a lot of nuances like parts spacing, trace size, placing ins outs and other pcb mounted controls. Great work as always
"I am interested in getting a module". Thank you for the great video series. Having a follow up video on the design process of the PCB would be awesome.
I love the style/look of this module, has like a real technical look with that clean white panel and lines very cool my dude! I learn a ton from your channel
Wow! I've been following your series for a while now and I am amazed that you are not only teaching us the most fascinating things for free but also giving away physical samples of your work. So definitely, yes, I am interested in receiving a module! Keep up the amazing work!
I cannot in so many words relate how much I appreciate the level to which you have gone to impart this information. I had previously known quite a bit and through watching your channel it's given me a new perspective on the way I build filters from this point forward. Using diodes the way you have seems counterintuitive. That said I won't even try to deny the results. Kudos man.
"I'm interested in getting a module" Great series overall! Love that you take the time explain all the circuits in detail and actually provide intuitive explanations as to how things work. Super helpful for when I'm trying to figure this stuff out on my own!
The first sweep was very impressive. The jam was fun too. The Rack sounds were richer than the Yamaha and Roland sources (through an iPad). The graphic for the panel and this episode are very attractive as well.
“I’m interested in getting this module”. Super impressed with your videos. You have explained the functionality of the diode ladder filter in a way that is easy to understand.
"I am interested in getting a module." For an otherwise clueless beginner, thanks to your videos, I've been able to get a better understanding of DIY synth building.
I just discovered your channel at the perfect time! I have a module I'm just barely starting to design, despite not knowing much electrical engineering beyond the basic physics. This in depth design and explanation is perfect for me :)
Moritz, First … thank-you for the detailed video on the design and development of this diode ladder filter. Although i have had extensive training in electronics, so much of that basic knowledge has slipped away with age and continuous changes in what I did for a living even though I still do build my own stuff once in a great while. As you get older, the “I want it right now” starts to kick in more and more. Second … I am definitely interested in one of these modules whether it be in a give away, manufactured, or DIY form, so please keep us posted. And thanks for the incredibly well done video !!!
"I am interested in getting a module" - Hey Moritz, as always great explanation. You are correct about the soldering problem with ground connections. This is why most PCB software default to 'thermal reliefs' on pad-to-plane connections. I am looking forward to more of your work!
I'm interested in getting a module - they sound great and look great too! Your channel has inspired me to start synth DIY, and to fix up some damaged synths I have come across. Love the work you are producing!
I would be interested in adding this lovely filter module to my rack. I'm so glad to see this video series took the eurorack route! Also, that white faceplate is gorgeous.
"I'm interested in getting a module" Your ability in explaining and designing step by step electronics for music is unmatched. You taught me so much, thank you for that and of course thank you for the giveaway opportunity. Good luck everyone
Your videos are excellent! I recently started copying found schematics with little understanding then found your channel. Now thanks to you I’m starting to get a slightly better grasp on things, so thank you. I too am interested in winning one of your module!
"I am Interested in getting a module" Your channel got me hooked on diy synths, it's great that you are making more and more videos. Cheers from Slovakia.
"I am interested in getting a module". Seriously love this filter it sounds great. Your PCB layout is also really well done.

“I am interested in getting a module” - thanks for all the content you’re putting out, I’m really enjoying the mix of diy/music/educational. You’re doing a great job at teaching the concepts in an applied, down-to-earth and easy to understand way - really helps a lot to newbies like me, thanks 🙏🏻 .
The dub you did at the end was unexpected, but absolutely 💯 Shame I missed the chance to enter by a whole two years, but glad Ive got this far through and then heard this!
Great video, thanks. Try to look for "Thermals" setting in your PCB design tool. It connects ground pads to ground plain over smaller wires only, which makes soldering much easier. I learned this immediately after soldering my first PCB 😁
“I am interested in getting a module” I posted a few module designs on r/modular but I still have so much to learn! Kudos on bringing this lush sounding filter to life my friend.
"I am very interested in winning one of these modules!" I stumbled across your channel while looking for a method of creating an oscillation unit with cross fade capabilities as I was struggling in my circuit design. I ended up walking away with a fundamentally different and much better understanding of electronics as a whole and couldn't be more thankful. By piecing together what you showed and using it to augment my own experience I've been able to get 2 modules off the ground in the past 2 weeks in my spare time, where as my first one took nearly 2 months and still has problems. Thank you for your work, truly!
Thank you Moritz for all your videos! You reignited my interest in diy electronic :) I’m interested in getting one of the module too. Keep up with the great videos!
I am interested in this module!! So well done. Love the sound, the look of the panel, the knobs, the thorough design explanations! Most definitely will build this one regardless of winning the giveaway. :-) Thank you!
Your explanations of circuit design are easy to understand for us non technical people. I am certainly interested in your ladder filter give away. Thank you.
"I am interested in getting a module" - I've built some modules myself, but never really put the necessary amount of effort in to it to get it to a level that you just did. Looks really nice!
Just completed this 5 video series. This is hands down the best series on any educating type video I've ever scene. I learned so much and now I have an amazing filter. I was able to learn enough to modify this during the build process to work with my volca modular. Thank you so much for these videos. I now have a double wavefolder and a sweet filter for my volca!
@@MoritzKlein0 haha no but I can try to put one up! I only changed the 3 resistors at the beginning right after the first 1uf and then again at the output. The one used to amp it like crazy i had to drop down along with boost up the one after the last 1uf to slow down the drain and stop it from filtering at base level. Wish I could post a pic! It looks so awesome on the breadboard
I think I deleted my post somehow. Reposting the link to the demo. I redid the video with the Double Wave folder alongside the diode filter. Sounds crazy! czcams.com/video/8ekoRW8q7AA/video.html
brilliant design (!)--the lack of headers connecting the two boards is excellent, as well as providing holes beneath the 3.5mm jacks. To me (after many error prone kit builds) you're setting a standard, and I wish more (all) diy eurorack producers would aspire to this design level, and follow suit. You rock! Cheers ;D
I am interested in getting a module! I am new to this kind of diy way of making music and with your videos you have convinced me to just dive into this hobby, it looks so much fun!
"I'm interested in getting this module." I am just beginning with modular synthesis after some effects pedal builds, and discovered the channel just today. This type of informative videos is very helpful. I look forward to watching again, this time with a notebook. Thanks.
“I am interested in getting a module” because at 9:10 you have found the All Pass Filter. It’s able to change the phase of the harmonics of the sound, but our ears cannot feel the difference.
DAmn, this is some quality content. I just recently started to get into eurorack by building a rack myself from scratch with the goal to keep everything as low budget and diy as possible. So far i have a very basic osc and dirty filter (WASP based). I of course would love to get one of your quite professional modules but if i don't win i will certainly make up my own board based on your design to implement it because damn does it sound sweet.
I am Interested in getting a module - and loving your videos! good stuff. Gives me the courage to finally start designing my own ideas into eurorack :-)
"I'm interested in getting a module" I've been working with hardware synths for years but I'm starting to piece together a Eurorack setup, your filter is beautiful! Thank you for all your dedicated work on this channel.
I am very interested in winning one of these modules! Your videos have been the best way for me to finally grasp audio electronic concepts, so thank you!
"I'm interested in getting a module" Just got my first oscilloscope recently, having a great time learning from your videos and trying out these on my own!
Ooh, I've been dithering on what filter module to get/build next, and this sounds quite nice. I'd like one! (My current filters are the SVF in my Minibrute 2s and a very simple passive low-pass with a vactrol giving it voltage control - it's just point-to-point wired on a perfboard faceplate.)
"I´m interested in getting a module", because having a piece of history from one of the best teachers of electronics is a must...and because I Love Acid too :-)
"i'm interested in building this module myself but it's still ok if you send me one"
haha!

“I’m interested in getting a module”. I am really grateful for the time and energy you put in your channel. Thanks to you I finally found the energy to start experimenting myself. Keep up the good work. It’s greatly appreciated!
Would also love to see a video on PCB design and layout.
Oh yeah! me too!
And something about SPICE for noobs.

Pro Tip: 28:00 when soldering components with leads, trim them prior to soldering because they are heat sinks. 😉
hadn't thought of that - good tip!
I would be interested in adding this lovely filter module to my rack. I'm so glad to see this video series took the eurorack route! Also, that white faceplate is gorgeous.
