  • Very easy alocasia propagation from bulbs or corms. They seemed to grow quickly once in the houseplant mix and I am doing this with all my other alocasias!

Those babies are so cute! Do you know why these bulbs aren’t sending up new growth next to the mother plant?

My best guess would be they don’t need to? The babies would probably start growing once disconnected from the mother

Hello!! I have four bulbs currently, they’re in soil, with little cups over them and been watering regularly as needed. Been there for 2/4 weeks. When should I notice growth?! I do have a plant light and humidifier! Should I have lights on them constant and the humidifier? Please let me know thank you!!

My bet would be either not watered enough or not humid enough, mine really thrive in high humidity

I found four bulbs in my Polly as repotting. Please help!! I put four in separate soil as that’s all I had. Should I water them? If I do how often? Should I keep them in the window or in the dark???

Put them in some soil and water, I kept mine in a humidity dome(like you would with tomatoes or other seeds) and watered when the soil started getting dry. Good luck!
