In this video, I want to share with you about 3 Powerful Settings You Will Need To Boost Your Pc Or Laptop Speed And Increase Performance.
Is your laptop or PC slow or laggy? In this episode, I was able to reveal a few free and easy steps that anyone can take to make a Windows laptop or PC faster.
Laptops and computers slow down over time; it’s a fact of life. If the problem gets too bad, you might be tempted to visit a computer repair shop, or even take a more drastic step like buying a whole new computer! Or even formatting your laptop or PC.
Put your wallet away, there’s good news. Just following the 3 steps in this video, you may find that you can speed up your laptop or computer for free!
Note that these tips will focus on speeding up system performance on Windows laptops and PCs.
Now let’s dive into the video.
The Number One Setting:
On your laptop or PC, click on the Windows Button and type CMD or Command Prompt, write click on Command Prompt and Click on Run as Administrator.
On the Command Prompt Environment, type the following command
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
This command will help to find corrupted files and will help fix those errors automatically.
The Number Two Setting:
On your laptop or PC, click on the Windows Button and type Settings or Select and click on the Settings Icon as shown here. On the Settings Environment, click on Apps, click on Startup. Here you will see the list of applications that starts automatically when you boot your laptop or PC. From this drop down menu, click and change this name to Startup Impact. Then Turn off those apps that have high impact.
The Number Three Setting:
On your laptop or PC, click on the Windows Button and type dxdiag.
The DXDIAG tool will help to collect information about devices and troubleshoot problems with DirectX sound and video. Click on the Display Tab and make sure there are no problems found in this notes section.
