One of my favourite tracks. I thinks its about missing an opportunity when someone makes an advance on you. And regretting the consequences. Knowing it will never happen again. Such a powerful song
Damn I love this song so much, I can't get enough of it! I think the video fits the song perfectely. I can totally see myself walking alone in Tokyo to this song, "Lost in translation" style !
@tedmalmros Ted. This is my favorite song of all time. Our Ill Wills was my very first indie album and it forever altered my musical tastes. Now Im practically obsessed with music. Thank you for this wonderful gift.
The Shout Out Louds are pop perfection...........images, love, the beat with harmony. i heard them in a record store one day when i'd gone into town to buy another album but the sound and storytelling of the tracks i heard that day made me buy their album........someone said they sound like the cure, someone else said they sound like someone else................to me they are the Shout Out Louds. Greg - Australia
Great Job Ted, i Think it´s the best video of the shout out louds, for the best song oh the our ill wills album! Thank you for that song and that video . Greetings from Bremen,Germany hope to see you soon with new great stuff!
This video reminds me of Lost in Translation...Sofia Coppola totally made Japan her own by way of how she filmed that film ..can totally see her influence on this video.
+BURNANNATOR have to hear this song at least once a week. I remember getting this in 2007, and playing it over and over - especially this song. I like Sugar and Blue Ice from the 2013 album a lot also
On my way from your Toronto show. I don't think you'll remember, but I was the young guy who was talking to you with the bigger guy. I just want to say thanks again for playing Toronto, it was my favorite show this year. I didn't get to say this earlier, but this is one of my favorite songs, and one of my favorite music videos. Come back and play Canada soon. 4 years is too long.
it's funny...this is kind of what I thought of whenever I listened to this song....except little Swedish villages, Stockholm or even Göteborg instead of Tokyo.
a while ago, i made a sculpture that was a heart with a brain coming out of it, and it was named "heart brain". you could imagine my surprise when i first heard this song...
I bought this album cause they did " tonight I have to leave it" on a late night show circa 2007. Little did I know, that was one of the weaker songs, compared to this masterpiece
great clip graet song!I like it the are good images and the music is beautifull but i thin'k the images not allways stays whith the music. So i think the edition could be better Maybe the song need's more emotivity from the images. Best regads
