Ever hear of Eugene Chadbourne? He did a lot of stuff with balloons and guitar. He used them to pluck as well as to finger. Probably did this, too. Also an early pioneer of the Electric Rake. Oh, and he phoned in guitar for one track on TMBG's first album.

This was such a problem in my home state, that our local statutes and codes temporarily prohibited or restricted access to balloons. Personal prophylactics were exempt due to a spike in child birth statistics.

Amazing tutorial, thank you. I play guitar for 11 years now and I always felt and heard that I was doing something wrong. I just could never put my finger on what was wrong. But everything falls in it's place now; blowing up a balloon every morning and put it in the guitar might seem like a minor thing, but is changes everything to the sound (and also the looks) when playing.
