@@AaronMartinCOOLVIDEO ok boss! Just saying I had a completely restored 86 350x. Let a friend ride it, long story short he hit a set of rutts at speed and it threw him out the road. Hitting a tree with the back tire and completely destroying a brand new after market extended rear axle! ☝ Enjoy it man👌
Yeah true. I had an 86 atc 250r when they first came out and I used to ride the awesome sand and clay pits and tracks all through the forest up around Dunedin and Ocala. By the time it was like 1988 instead of 3 wheel ruts it was all 2. The worst was climbing those insane hills and your front wheel now being about 6 inches higher because now you only have 2 ruts. When you blew the climb you would just go neutral, let go if the bars and roll back down like a train. Only on a quad after that.
I have the 85 1/2 version. Red and black. They are definitely fun to ride. Throw some sand paddles on it and find some dunes and you’ll see what it’s capable of.
Thanks man I have a Honda ATC 250 SX it's great. And someday I am hoping to get my hands on a ATC 250R got to love those old 3 wheelers Honda definitely was the best.
@@AaronMartinCOOLVIDEO Yeah I would like to get my hands on one too lol. Ive owned almost every ATC Honda made at one point or another, except for a 70 and a 250sx I believe. Keep it up buddy. Be safe out there! :)
Good build. You can send the rear shock to any quality suspension tuner and they can rebuild the shock no problem with new seals. Arm pump is real, takes awhile to work that out of your system. It’s mostly riding technique that cause arm pump.
