Water heater: Remove old and lift new with ramp.

Ten years ago I was 58 and lifted the old one off and the new one on. Now I'm 68 and I didn't want to risk my back, so I used a wood ramp. Not real elegant but it works. Nowadays apparently a water heater with FVIR does not need to be elevated, even in the garage. But I like using the space under it, plus I would need to modify some plumbing.
