After 2 years of progressing and playing with only sealed products, I felt like something was missing from the truest Yu-Gi-Oh! experience. Once again we start from scratch but this time throw trading into the mix to hit all aspects of our Trading Card Game and relive that childhood nostalgia.

Something on the first game, even if mirorjade is negated, you can cost to search the branded fusion for next turn if needed ^^ (As you did later in the Vod against the Ignister player in game 3)

I am slightly puzzled by the ignister player's endboard . I am not sure what he meant by 6k is harder to out than 4k tbh . since if he had made arrival with 4k he had the mats to also make cyberse quantum , which would have let him battle protect his towers anyways .

Not many branded stuff plays ecclesia because Albaz is never a card you want on field. You'd rather search and send it to GY with branded fusion or polymerization.

@@fatcat2015 it is a bad one because you just chain mirror jade to literally anything even banish itself, send Albion set branded fusion or branded in red. Ecclesia is a reactive card rather than a starter like it is for swordsoul.
And I haven't seen a list ever put her in

@@BoP to me it’s a light monster to send, a free special and a must negate for your opponent turn 2, and she can come back to the hand.

Lost protects activation of a fusion, but ash negates effect, not activation

Mirrorjade effect wasn’t legal in that game 3, mirrorjade negated still counts as using it as far as I know
he did it for cost. he didn't get the effect
it was sent for cost but the actual effect is negated

There was nothing wrong with them. They were a little wavy near the top but that's it. All card sleeves do that after a while, not everyone can buy new sleeves each week or every other week. :p

Please someone explain to me how can he get Ashed at 16:41 while he has Branded Lost up on the field before using Branded Fusion where Branded Lost clearly says that effects that including fusion summoning can't be negated and when a fusion monster is summon your opponent can't use cards or effects? How can he get Ashed? Isn't Branded Lost pretty much the same as Magical Meltdown?
Lost specifically prevents activation negations (ash only negates effects)

Just a heads up, you said you were hoping to draw into kaiju. Arrival is unaffected by all card effects kaijus included. Literally the only out is to beat over it
It's a tribute, not a card effect so Arrival can still be tributed for a Kaiju
Edit; you're probs thinking on Nibiru where Nibiru's effect is to tribute which is why arrival avoids Nibiru.
Kaijus actually work here since you’re not tributing it as a card effect if that makes sense haha

Against the @ignister player, game 3 (around the 21:00 mark or so), I'm curious why he didn't use Heatsoul's effect after beating over the Preda fusion, since it only negates monster effects while it's on the field to do so (even if the predator counter remains on the monster). That's just 1 card he chose not to draw for some reason. Also, how were you able to activate the Mirrorjade's effect the next turn after activating it the turn prior? The text is: "Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can send 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the GY that mentions "Fallen of Albaz" as material; banish 1 monster on the field, also this card cannot use this effect next turn." -- You used the effect the turn prior while it was negated by Imperm, but the effect was still activated whether or not it resolved negated so should it not remember the activation conditions and not be able to be activated the next turn?
Well of course a few seconds later my question was answered on Heatsoul -- he was going to try and win in time, which he did. So disregard my mention of him not drawing. haha

The column is only impermed if it was set and played. Since the opponent had no cards on the field he could play it from hand without setting. At least according to master duel

@@garybehan3871 the key wording on the card reads, “if this card was Set before activation and is on the field at resolution, for the rest of this turn all other Spell/Trap effects in this column are negated.”

Not that it mattered because you misplayed super hard but isn't this an illegal activation? Mirrojade can't be used two turns in a row unless you cycle it off field.
If Mirrorjade is negated by like Imperm, the once per 2 turn restriction doesn’t apply, so you can use it again next turn

I've really been pushing myself to play yugioh again competively I'm playing Albaz and I'm just not enjoying it the same way I do with my friends and our casual decks. I did enjoy playing Rokkets competively before lock down so I'm not sure if it's the deck or something else... Any ideas?
In the second round of the first match he couldn't have ash the branded fusion bc of lost since branded fusion is a card effect that includes a fusion summon
You can ash blossom it negates the effect not the activation. Look it up.
