Please get an ultrasonic parts washer! I hate seeing dirty parts go back on this bike.
But I do commend you for jumping in blindly on such a big project!👍
You're right, I've got something for the whole engine in the works!
You should definitely paint the whole engine. It looks like it was burnt in some places even though it was.
Hopefully you're seeing this and change your mind. ❤
Sand clean, and then repaint he definitely should
also the sproket cover has some scratches which needs to be puttied and sanded, This is a special bike, it needs to be perfect.
heat resistand in the color anthracite is very sexy for engine blocks!
let him cook
It was already cooked. Just need some new paint🥹
good job, please sandblast those engine parts nd repaint them like the orginal proper paint
You're right I will!
The Diablo Rosso tire is so beautiful!
The function of a crank case breather is to let the air that's displaced by the cilinders into the case not make a positive pressure and impede the output of the cilinders.
This kid is gonna have a crew in two years, with his own garage, bet. Great content as always CJ.
I doubt it,he doesn't even know what the job of a pcv breather is.
Nothing wrong with it he could hire a legit mechanic. He is not mechanic but he is a very good content creator@@J_Dos46
I really like working by myself tbh, I don't think I'd do very well with a crew
@@xl250mon5 Well i did not either till a few years ago. Learning on the job.
After binge watching all your previous bike builds over the past month or so, I’m finally up to date! Your approach to bike building is fearless and inspirational. I look forward to each new video, great job as always CJ!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for your reply 🤟🏻
Your videos are enjoyable to watch & executed professionally 👌🏻👌🏻
Yayyyy! Crispy bike is now looking like an actual bike
great to hear more commentary and also you showing your mistakes along the way!
It's a love hate relationship with that, glad you enjoy it cheers
22:41 Wow ternyata one3 pnya ko benny jd inspirasi doi bt ngencengin baut velgnya. Saluttt.. support dr indonesia 🇮🇩🇮🇩
Yoi pasti lah
Kirain salah liat wkwkwk
Gg emang
The piston rings don’t ever provide a 100% seal so some combustion pressure will get passed them and into the bottom of the crankcase. Without a breather the crankcase would pressurise and push oil out.
There will be a crankcase breather of some form on all engines, most modern engines recirculate it back into the intake
thank you for the explanation, Very interesting
Love your work, much respect for how much you have taught yourself. 🙏
Thank you bc, I'm by no means a pro, I've got a lot to learn
CJ, I respect you for taking on such a huge project. Please tidy the engine up with a sand and fresh respray, imo it seems a shame to do all this hard work, respray some parts but not others and have an untidy mismatched looking engine
You're right, I am working on a solution right now to get it working and looking perfectly!
Waw ini seperti membangun motor dari 0 dan seperti di pabrik nya sendiri 👍👍👍 sangat luar biasa teman 👍👍👍
Hi mate, just a little tip. Before you paint aluminium parts after you rub them down, use etch primer first (you don't have to spray lots on, no need to rub the primer down either) then paint the black on top. Better way to warm the paint up before spraying it is to put your aerosol in a empty container (can) then fill to the top with boiling water. Leave for a couple of mins then remove, this atomises the paint and thiner in the aerosol better, give it a good shake before spraying. Careful the can will be hot though. Don't worry the can won't explode as its not involved with a naked flame. The black paint won't peel off after a while as the etch primer is an excellent adhesive to aluminium. ( ive been a car painter all my life and this is how we paint new and repaired panels) Great video's keep them coming.
Love the rear wheel and assembly.
Thank you, I love that black and gold contrast!
Looks like a lot of fun!
Great job! Greet from Poland !
How have you been.? Miss ur videos.. Hi from Nigeria 🇳🇬🇳🇬.
God over you brother..
Am learning alot
I have been well brotha, thank you. Greetings 🇳🇬
Finally some progress with awesome parts.🎉🧨🧨🧨🧨
I just took another look at what the Nurburgring Brutale looked like as a new bike. This bike as well as the Assen Brutale are incredibly good-looking machines. Keep up the good work. I'm rooting for you.
The assen brutake is such a good looking bike in the blue. See those bikes is my motivation! Thank you for rooting for me
@@CJMediaOfficialA little off topic but Kia just announced the replacement for the Stinger. It looks awesome, is electric, and will put out over 600 horses.
@@JohnDoe-zo5tu really !? Not a huge fan of electric, I like the twin turbos better. Cool info tho
To clean this Magneto cover You can use ultrasonic cleaner, or dry ice. They should be like new
That's a great idea
a great job and a great motorbike
Cant wait to see this masterpeice done...due tu seeing my only favorite motorcyle....its gonna be a awsome jawdropping machine...and im pretty sure its gonna sound menacing dude...no doubt. 🤩🤩🤩..amen 🙏
I appreciate that! I will certainly try to make it look brand new
Its really coming together
Thanks Alex 😁
Hopefully a parts cleaner or media blaster is in your future. That would have cleaned the parts of this bike up really nice.
dude...ur AWESOME..
what is the hardest part when proces rebuilding those machine ?
finding the broken parts one ?
Your little paint jobs would look a lot nicer if you use an etch primer, high build primer, and then sand before your base coat. I know a lot of the spray cans say you dont need to prime but I've found that the paint holds up much better and looks nicer on my bikes if I prime first.
Its taking shape 👍🏻
Slowly but surely!
good job bro
dry ice blasting
I may go a dif route
Waw ini seperti membangun motor dari 0 dan seperti di pabrik nya sendiri 👍
As usual, watching from Kenya 🇰🇪
Greetings sir to you in Kenya!! 🇰🇪
greatings received sir@@CJMediaOfficial
Great Work. You use a lot of paper towels. Better Not got to any Forrest, the trees seek for Revenge
I hate messy hands which in turn get everything else messy, I'll work on being more efficient
Hi bud,
It’s a good idear to respray & smooth down the backside area of the engine..!! As it’s does look pretty rough left that way…🤟🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Hey sir! You're right, I have a solution in the working that I hope you'll be pleased with! Cheers
Kuya CJ your so cool solid supporter here from Philippines ❤❤ keep it up 🥰
Thank you! Greetings
Only one thought comes to mind…..LIPSTICK ON A PIG
Its a beautiful pig though,...
@@westboundbadger. As a Brutale 1000RR owner, that engine and the other fire damaged parts look terrible. Then he goes and spends £££ new wheels etc.
Its not finished yet.@@angusthecat144
@@westboundbadger it will end up a pile of 💩💩💩💩
Worst bike he has done looks terrible, financially stupid decision buying it...
Modern engines usually have a PCV system to send blow by pressure (usually from gases passing the piston rings) from the crankcase back into the combustion chamber (for better emissons). The crankcase breather stops vacuum in the crankcase that can be caused by the PCV system. (PCV Positive Crankcase Ventilation).
Crankcase venting is there to prevent pressure from crankshaft and piston motion windage from creating positive or negative (or both) building up and vents said pressures to atmosphere.
Thank you for this info, I enjoy learning this type of stuff
Let's go CJ ! It's coming together nicely !!
I really enjoy watching the rebuilds but u should do more riding content
J said it best!
One3 motoshop is here🔥🔥🔥
It's here! They are awesome
Its getting along nicely. But I can not enjoy it 100% because you know it will never be perfect with the fire damage. Plus this is really unrealistic financially if you would not film the process and put it on CZcams (Even more then normal). Anyways, keep it up!
Plase , more Content . Greet from Germany ❤
Greetings sir! Working on the brutale now!
Best wishes and good luck
Cheers momo
Love from India buddy love to watch your videos . As a bike enthusiast love to watch working videos and get inspired from you ❤
Question would it be a good idea to sandblast those areas with burnt paint?
Did you not grease the rear axel/hub ?
My thoughts exactly..
@@Tashmann For what purpose would you be greasing it?
Hey CJ media is that trim paint heat rated? If not it will probably burn off the first time the engine gets up too temp
Just wondering if I sore part of the seal behind the front sprocket came away with the old sprocket. If it did then theres a potential oil leak. Might be worth checking the old sprocket to see if there's any seal stuck on it. I might be wrong?.
Ye I picked up on that straight away the whole engine will be fried....
As relações did e reginas são as melhores pra essa moto!
That tire you put on the Kawka looked burnt. I wouldn't use as the wire in carcass may have separated from the rubber and the tire will just fall apart. Could be a very nasty step off.
Very well could be, hoping to find out the results soon once the weather clears up
Damn, the world is just a village. Just watching this video while living a "few" miles away from Hannover.
Very cool! I get parts from there quite often
Where are you getting these instructions from? I can never find any online 🤬
nice cj dud
Thanks dude 👊
I will be very surprised it doesn't have oil leaks when started all that heat should have damaged internal seals ect😮
killing it!
Cheers bro
View from Nepal ❤❤❤
Greetings sir!
nice build, question though....why did you dismantle the old rear swingarm, when you ordered a new one and could just have mounted the new and take off the entire old ?!?
The new used swing arm is from a brutale 800 and if you look closely at the styling it is actually shaped differently to accommodate the 3 cylinder parts
Dry Ice cleaning?
It's 12:05am in India when I am going to sleep❤
Wow!
Hook the starter up and crank it with a compression tool.
finally!!! continue
Is coming together pretty good 👍🦾🇺🇸
Merica 🇺🇸 cheers boss
Bro which bike project your favourite ?
May I ask? What other oil do you use besides Motul 7100
I use just local mobile one which I can grab fast for a rebuild but most of the time I try to order OEM oil for each bike specifically. For example : yamalube for my R1M
@@CJMediaOfficial thank for your answer
Looks like its time to purchase a cheap sandblaster, it will save you loads of time and make your end result 100x better.
You're 100% right
@14:43, did you put a new gasket, or is that meant to be metal on metal?
There is a slot in the crankcase cover that has a rubber O-Ring. Sorry it is not the best displayed in the installation.
Can you get Nitromors in the US?,..Would be idea for stripping the old burnt paint off those engine covers etc...
Top stuff 20 year ago. Now it's nowhere near as good, unfortunately
That was probably the last time i needed to use it !@@chasebelcher7932
Bro am waiting for next
Having gone to a Loctite school, you are going to have a hard time getting that countershaft nut off next time.
Owner manual states it needs loctite with the tourque so that's what I did, I have a uga duga machine no worries
Heat will be your friend if you ever have to remove it.
@@CJMediaOfficial
I might say an extra prayer for you when you test ride the ZX-10 with that front tyre on it!
PLEASE CHANGE IT..!! 🙏🙏
I am very curious if the charred layer will just peel off with a few miles, hate to throw away such an expensive tyre
Gut arbeiten. 👏
🫡👊
Bro how can I find music on 08:03 ?
22:41 What is One3 Motoshop in Indonesia?
I Think the best way is to sand balast those burned paint and do some nice powder coat.
You are right, wait till you see what we are doing
Where's should i find workshop manual bro?
MV Agusta actually have free manuals on their main website, you just select the bike and they are all in a google drive, I love MV
God bless you buddy
God bless as well friend!

I will miss the beautiful ZX 10R in your garage. 😢
Likewise but I can't show you guys more bikes with no room in the shop 😭

Its pinion in Brazil too
Very cool 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

22:40 famous premium motorbike accessories shop in Indonesia✌🏻
I love watching their work, always learning from them
@@CJMediaOfficial Because not many workshops in Indonesia have tools as complete as One3 Motoshop, so when you see the results of their work on big bikes or 150cc 2-stroke motorbikes, the results are definitely good & the parts installed are always premium. Continue your motorbike restoration, bro, and always be under God's protection wherever you are..God bless✌🏻
I waiting this video bro❤❤
WOW One3motoshop from indonesia
Do you possess tire balancing engine?
I don't at the moment, in the process of getting one!
"CJ Media Moto" should be the rebrand of this channel!
Too long IMO
That front tyre is toast, compound will be destroyed at those temps...
🔥🔥

Instead of doing plugs one at a time, take all 4 out, put all 4 in and nip up, then only hold torque wrench once and torque all 4.
I would love to drive one of your bikes
am a superfan
Once I get them dialed in!
I assume you are not going to leave that front tyre on when you sell the ZXR? I'm sure I don't need to tell you how dangerous that is....
Never, I'll ride it till it smooths out or I fall off
Are you doing anything to the Shock?
Yes! I can't wait to show you
We have a saying in Romania, TIGANIE BOSS
Me no Tiganie Boss , TIAGNIE BOSS you!
I louve!
CJ… please please PLEASE don’t be so foolish as to using that burnt front tyre!!!
That is DANGEROUS!!
Also, I cannot understand why you’re spending so much money on a burnt out wreck of a bike when it was really only fit for the scrap yard!
You will never get your money back when/if you sell it as it is
worth far less than the total
cost to rebuild it.
It just does not make economic sense to rebuild that MV.
Quite entertaining to watch you bumble your way through it though lol.
You have grit and determination even if it is naive on your part…
Your folks must be very supportive (and wealthy) to assist you into these motorcycle adventures you’ve set your path along 😅
