After submitting application for stop to pay those cheques which issued by me previously what can do the 2nd Party against me if not been cashed in bank in favour of those cheques ? Because it's true to the best of my knowledge 2nd Party is showing fraudulent activity. And what I should to do to be prepared if the 2nd send me a notice to be attend in the court ?
