Before you say you live in Thailand you should get an appropriate visa. The Thai authoriteis are trying to stop people like you. I've been living in Thailand 17 years and have to follow every immigration rule. There are no firm immigration laws in Thailand, visas and visa extensions are on the discretion of each immigrant officer, so don't mess with them.

Yep, the problem that I have with Thailand, is that they change the laws, but do not even follow their own laws, and they are always ambiguous and confusing, and immigration even mess them up. I had a 60 day MULTI ENTRY VISA, and the immigration officer stamped it as “expired” incorrectly…. And when I asked for clarification from another immigration official, they said “bad luck”……

I had a similar incident last week in Suvarnabhumi coming in from Korea (6 week stay there), they said too many stamps this year. but immigration made me book a ticket to my country of origin within the next month, then stamped me in visa exempt for 30 days. 4:10 you did have visa exempt stamps not visa on arrival.

    ahh could u answer me?
as you said (you were in thailand 3 times already in a year and got denied entry at 4th arrival) , how long you were in thailand each time previously . full length of stay as 30 days given or less than that ?
for sure there's no limitation for visa exempt when traveling by air.
    .
but in your case, Immigration might consider you as a private interest person or illegal action in terms of work (without NON-B : work visa).
and it depends on officer's consideration. even your intention is just for travelling.
I know you might not be as mentioned above just wanted to travel in Thailand. Your home country or where you are now is better than Thailand.
It was bad luck for you.
if you have any question. i do not hesitate to answer you back. and sry for my bad english

We can't leave as there's armed police sitting at the entrance. Lights are on 24/7 and aircon is absolutely freezing during the day and night. Impossible to get any sleep. No bedding or showers, but we have water and a toilet. Have to pay for our own food of we have cash. Not allowed to goto ATM to withdraw anymore though. Luckily I had 400thb with me from my trip here two years ago and a lovely couple gave me some food too. Can't wait to get out of here.

But i heard Philippines was colonized by Americans for 50 yrs and English is part of their school curriculum-from nursery to college English is their method of instruction. Even in the streets, restaurants, every thing in there read’s in English. That’s why they said Philippines is the 4th largest English speaking country in the whole world. My country Puerto Rico is way way behind those countries like U.K, USA, India & Philippines when it comes to speaking in English. We are travel bloggers who travelled around the world already and we really want to go back to the Philippines if not only for this pandemic. The visa exemption rule was brought in simply to allow tourists to visit Thailand for a few weeks with the minimum of hassle, but it has been badly abused. In the past thousands of foreigners lived in Thailand permanently by making a trip to the nearest border every 30 days. Minivan drivers doing so-called 'visa runs' made a good living. Technically, it wasn't illegal, but it exploited a loophole. Thai immigration was right to close the loophole so I don't really see what the problem is. The facts are real, they happened to me haha, and they is no written laws about how many times you can enter the country with 'visa on arrival', :) thanks for watching and happy holidays!

@@EastboundandUp As a normal person (not Thai wife or passport) you can only entry in to Thailand "Visa on arrival" two times in a year not more. Before, about 2 years ago it was three times in a year. Also you can apply normal 90 days tourist Visa only 2 times in one year. Those are at least facts what you should know tho.
