Yes that's unfortunately the truth... The bottles with the Arabic script are FAR more potent buuuutttt the ones with English are not that far off especially with a little maceration. Peace and blessing!!

Would say my favorites are the og shaghaf oud and it's newer elixir, tonka, ahmar, and azraq.
