Nice looking Tundra, DrBrown! I did almost the same build on my 2014 Crewmax Limited and it worked well and looked perfect. I used Ekstrom Coachbuilder +3 lift shackles for the rear, who also makes a set of front bumper shims to help clear the front tires on turns. I briefly ran wheel spacers too, but 20x9" aftermarket wheels with zero offset really made the truck look amazing, plus the slightly wider stance made the truck feel more stable than I expected and I then no longer needed wheel spacers. Bushwhacker paint-to-match, no-rivet fender flares brought back the flush look and gave it more of a factory-ish clean appearance.
Nice platinum, super clean!!!! I’ve got the Barcelona red platinum with a shell, six inch lift, fixing to install painted to match bushwackers, rock sliders, and overland high clearance bumpers front and back
I'm running the Toytec Boss (the old one) with their shackles, Total Chaos UCA'S, and Bora 1.25" spacers. I'm running 35/12.5's on the OEM SR5 18's, they rub the bumper plastic in reverse while turning, but not bad enough to modify. I have not chopped my body mount, but I have cut off the ears on the OEM skid plate that stick out past the sway bar. 2011 Crewmax
Damn! Clean ass truck! I just got a ‘21 nightshade with a level kit on it and an ARE camper. I wanna put an actual suspension lift on it and remove the spacer lift. Your truck has given me some good motivation
Thank you for taking the time to make the video, I’m going for oem+ look as well but got a 2” leveling lift on front and nothing on rear. I did get 1.25” spacers and so happy to see you running the same size spacers! With this said, do you think I can run 35 12.50 20 tires?
I don’t see the leaf spring shackles listed in the parts list where do I find them ??? Thanks love the look of your truck that’s exactly what I’m going for!
Could you tell me what brand are your rear shackles? I can’t find it in the description, notes or comments. I’d like to duplicate what you have done. Thank you in advance!
Each 1/4" spacer should raise your truck 1/2". You should be at 3.5" total lift in the front. Beautiful truck, I just did all this to mine a few days ago. 295/70/18, though.
@@KurNorock I know you probably won’t see this but Incase someone else does. Your lower control arm compounds the amount of lift the spacer gives due to the angle and length. Manufactures vary but most will come out to a 2:1 ratio. Like mentioned above
I mean you can run stock upper control arms, I just wanted the most adjustability to make sure my tires didn’t wear funny. 35s are expensive man. Also a heavier tire, so I figured I should beef up the stock
I know the Bilstein 5160 can go up to 1.5" lift but since you have a 2-inch shackle, does that half inch effect and strained the shock from stretching half an inch or not at all?

Beautiful setup minus the wheel size (for me). 18s would have been perfect 👌. Beautiful Tundra either way!

At this lift height, Did you use any diff drop kit for front or any drive shaft spacers for the rear? Lookin to do the same setup. Looks clean!
