Kisame is probably in my top 3 favorite Naruto characters. He's one if the most strangely strong characters in the series. He's not particularly important to the story but he's more than just a minor villain. He's around way longer than some of the best villains in the series and is just a beast. Like this random shark man is just one of the strongest characters lol. Not top tier but just way more powerful than he had any real reason to be I love it

Honorable mention-Juzo Biwa... He was a Jonin, one of the 7 ninja swordsmen, he was a member of the akatsuki, he was able to survive Might Dai's 8 inner gates and in the flashback he had with Itachi he was able to fight Yagura pretty damn good and only lost cause he tried blocking a 2 tailed cloak transformation by Yagura with his sword and it broke which lead to him being impaled.
I think Saru deserves to be mentioned as he fought both the 1st and 2nd hokage at the same time and mastered all elements (fire may be his pro dominant element, but worth a mention)

I know that this CZcams channel was the best scaling, ranking and listing Anime/Naruto things. And Water Style is my most favorite Nature Element in Naruto Universe along side with Ice Style Jutsu. All from Top 10 to Top 3 was really agreeable, correct and well said , Just except for the Top 2 and Top 1. I'm not doubting nor underestimating Kisame's Ability, for he truly is a beast in this field, But I was really expecting for Tobirama, not only because he possess a massive chakra and he is an kage, But also all his Water Style Jutsu are powerful and massive too, Like not all water style user can create an huge amount of water in an area and also as deadly as Tobirama have, Plus his Water Style Jutsu are an instant killer. It was also stated in Naruto DATABOOK, that Tobirama is the most powerful and greatest water style user. It's just he died early and didn't really have so many cameo or screen time so we haven't seen his power and abilities, Whereas Kisame have showcase his lots of knowledge and Capabilities when it comes to Water Style Jutsus, but I do believe that Tobirma really should be the Top 1. So yeah no hate but I was just telling my point here and also some facts😊.
